Our location was great. Ocean view. 2 minutes to pool or ocean. Nancy is great. Very quick response with any questions. Lots of beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed.

Nice condo and location

Pool and beach were a few steps away. Condo had nice furniture and amenities. A few things were a bit run down and needed updating or fixing.

Great, relaxing stay in Puerto Rico

We had a great stay at Nancy's place. There were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed and Nancy was always receptive and helpful. The pool and beach were just a few yards away from the house. The whole community is very well maintained and using golf carts to get around the community was one of the highlights for our kids. Thank you Nancy for a great stay. We will definitely be back.

An underrated view

The view and location are absolutely amazing. Just steps away from the beach, on our last night we swam with dolphins. The beds are vacation nice. The decor is par for the area. The kitchen is actually overloaded with different ways to cook. Some things are outdated but operational. The balcony on the top level is where it is at. Absolutely perfect to relax on. Nancy was easy to communicate with and worked with us when our flights became a nightmare.

Great Location and Wonderful Beach & Pool

First the good. The location is in a very nice gated community. There are multiple housing sections on this very large property. The pool was nice and the beach is beautiful. The surf is a bit rough. The small kitchen needs updating but is well stocked. Some of the furnishings are older throughout the unit. Floors throughout the unit were dirty and need thorough cleaning. A/C control instructions should be clearer, hard to control temperature in bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are on the second and third floors. We had a nice time. You'll want a rental car to get around.

Stay at Palmas Del Mar

Property was beautiful in the condo and around the grounds-well kept all the way around. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Great view of beach, just a short walk to there or pool. Recommend setting up rental car or golf cart to get to market. Very friendly residents. Nancy was great to work with and gave us some extra time at checkout due to our flight time.

All was great except for air conditioning

All aspects were up to par except for the air conditioning which probably needs a new compressor. The first floor was fine but the second and third floors were very warm at night (probably around 90 degrees).

Excellent Property

Property and location were very nice; close to the beach and pool. Villa was clean, spacious and with everything you need for a great stay at the beach. Communication with property management was excellent with a very quick response time. We had a great weekend and definitely will visit again.

Comfy Condo

The condo was great. Room for everyone to spread out and relax. Beautiful property right on the beach. The only problem was the pool closed at 6 which was way before dark. We were expecting to be able to come back after a long day of sightseeing and be able to relax by the pool. Not the case. The gate to the beach also got locked at that time. I understand because of sea turtle nests but it was kinda disappointing. The beach was also COVERED with seaweed. No way would you want to swim there. The condo was in the Palmas Del Mar resort. We were told that we would have access to their amenities but when we tried to go to the pool at the clubhouse, we were told that it was members only. Maybe we should have looked into the resort itself more, but while we were satisfied with our condo, we were very disappointed in the resort itself.

Espectacular lugar para disfrutar en familia!!!

Debo decir que todo estuve bien desde el principio. El proceso para rentar la estadía fue muy bueno, Nancy fue muy buena facilitadora. El lugar, la localidad de la villa, la villa súper cómoda y con todo lo necesario para no preocuparnos por nada. Accesible a la piscina y playa, en fin tuvimos un fin de semana majestuoso. Recomendado!!!

Excellent location

Location and property were excellent. Very well equipped, comfortable bed, spacious, everything you need. Very short walk to the beach and is located in one of the best places in palmas. Property manager was very responsive. The only inconvenient was that there is a construction going on in next apartment. No noise during the weekend but Monday morning was very early noisy. We were not aware in advance.
