Enjoy exclusive access to our own private sandy beach and Rehoboth Bay ensuring tranquil days under the sun. Located within a secure walled property, privacy is paramount as you unwind in this serene sanctuary. Ascend the steps to discover a tastefully appointed space featuring two bedrooms and 1 full & 1/2 bathrooms. They offer a restful night after days filled with seaside delights. Enjoy your privacy in the main king size bedroom's ensuite. A full bath with bath tub provides convenience and comfort for my guests. After a day of fun in the sun, retreat indoors to the cool comfort of air conditioning, where you can cuddle up for a movie or dine inside or out. Our spring low rates require 2 night stay. The summer high season requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. I welcome families, couples and mature adult groups. I do not allow high school/college groups. It is located right on Rehoboth Bay. This private small compound has a private sandy beach, pier, two Dewey Beach parking permits and designated parking spot, a locked privacy (security) gate and wall surrounding the property.
The property was renovated in the fall of 2020. Landscape and Beach reconditioned 2023. There is much to do from standup paddleboard, water skiing or sailing. You can bring your own or rent a paddleboard, kayak, or wave runner down the block. Guests love to cycle into Rehoboth or long bike rides to the Indian River inlet (6 MI). Enjoy walking to the playground (1 block north) and exploring the estuary and the end of our street. Many Restaurants, Bars, Pizza and Ice Cream are an easy walk. The ocean beach is just 1 block.
Guests provide their own linens (sheets, towels) but rentals are available through Rehoboth Beach Linen Rentals (302) 260-7021.
Additionally two parking permits will be left for you to use during your stay. Remember to leave both parking permits upon departure.
