Am Strand zwischen Rehoboth und Dewey Beaches. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zweieinhalb Bäder und eine private Außendusche. Kingsize-Bett in einem Schlafzimmer und zwei Queensize-Betten im anderen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Zwei Decks mit Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und schattigen Innenhof. Das Oberdeck ist mit einem Deckenventilator vollständig geöffnet und das Unterdeck ist vollständig abgeschirmt. Zwei Parkplätze. Einfacher Zugang zu Rehoboth oder Dewey über Jolly Trolley, Uber, oder zu Fuß weniger als eine Meile in beide Städte. Waschmaschine / Trockner, Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler, Kabel, Internet. Der Hofstand von Fifer Orchards ist nur wenige Blocks entfernt.

Perfect Spot

We absolutely love this property, Kerry is a delight to work with. This is the best spot in Dewey/Rehoboth if you're looking for family friendly and easy access. The home is wonderful and perfectly set up for a small family.

Beautiful location, adorable home

My family of 4 stayed for an October weekend. The location right on the dunes made for beautiful sunrises, easiest beach access, and a quick bike ride to downtown Rehoboth ( also easily walkable). Check in and communication with the owner were both easy. The home is exactly as pictured. We had wonderful fall weather and took full advantage of the 2 porches overlooking the beach. Very enjoyable weekend and I would love to stay again.

Perfect escape

This is a great property to relax and recharge. Close enough to restaurants of Dewey and Bethany but far enough out of the busiyness. The bed was confortable and the living areas made me feel at home.

Cozy place for a long weekend

We spent the Thanksgiving weekend here and it was a wonderful experience. Nicely decorated space, lots of good books, right on the ocean, short walk along the beach to get to the boardwalk which takes you right into the heart of Rehoboth. Perfect!

Great weekend getaway

We booked this at the last minute as a spontaneous weekend getaway and absolutely loved it. Kerry did a great job communicating with us given the last minute nature of our booking. The condo is lovely - clean, well furnished, and with amazing views of the beach. We’d definitely stay again!

This was my second stay here and I couldn’t wait to return ! Lovely home at the foot of the dunes - can’t get closer to the beach. The views all times of the day and evening are the best. Kerry is a wonderful host. Responsive and friendly. I’ll be back again :)

A perfect location in Dewey, easy to enjoy the beach with such a perfect place to stay. This unit is lovely, and the owners do a wonderful job ensuring an easy arrival, checked in throughout the stay and couldn't have been more accommodating to parking and anything we needed!

What a wonderful location!

Kerry was a wonderful host, the property is absolutely perfect. Even the neighbors are nice. North Dewey beach is the perfect location for families a bit removed from the crowds and heavy activity of the beach proper. We loved the experience and will definitely be back!

Heaven on Earth

We’ve stayed at our fair share of VRBO properties and this location far surpassed any beach experience we’ve ever had. Clean, tastefully appointed, comfortable furniture, and exceptional hosts who went above and beyond our expectations. We just hope we’ll be lucky enough to enjoy this piece of paradise again soon.

Gorgeous property, great location

This is the best place we have ever stayed in the Rehoboth/Dewey Beach area. The decor of the unit was lovely and we loved being right on the beach. Super convenient location; we could bike to our favorite restaurants in ten minutes or less. Large wide beach with lifeguard supervision. Great scenery and very private. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The Perfect Choice

Magical is how I would describe my stay. A comfortable and charming beach cottage right on the sand. Sunrise is spectacular! Short walk to restaurants in Rehoboth and Dewey. Trolley stop at the end of the street. Quiet and convenient, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Light and Relaxing-A Perfect Beach Bungalow

This updated 1960's bungalow on the sea has all the charm you expect from a surfside location with none of the ostentation of too big, characterless modern homes full of drywall and flat screen tvs. This beautiful home has a light personality that invites the sea breeze and the sound of the surf in from a beach only a few steps away. The evening bonfires permitted on the beach here are a tradition for us as are coffee on the sand in the early mornings. Kerry is communicative and very easy to work with. Thanks for a third delightful year!

Beach Life

Ophelia stalled off shore making for a breezy and gray week at the beach. Staying in this beautiful, well appointed waterfront condo was appreciated all the more as outdoor activities were limited. Don't miss the nearby Rehoboth Beach Museum or Browseabout Books ! And enjoy watching waves crash from the upstairs balcony . We'll be back...to extend our summer vibe again!

Best of Rehobeth & Dewey Beach

We (four girlfriends) had the best time at Kerry & Terri's place. The location is perfect, just north of the happenings in Dewey Beach and just south of Rehobeth. Plus of course the proximity to the beach along with the amazing views can't be beat. The property is beautiful with two generous bedrooms, en suite baths and functional living space. The LR has a well stocked book shelf that we took advantage of. We recommend bringing bikes or renting them as they're convenient for getting around. Visiting this area is a true retreat and fun memories are easily made. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us!

Great Property, Great Experience!

Very nice beach front property! past renovation kept the aesthetic, gorgeous hardwood floors, big doors/windows to let the light in, 4 season porch we ate there every night, perfect for couple and small family, very well appointed kitchen incl. spices/oils/sugar/salt/pepper/dish soap/utensils/pans/sharpened kives/, etc. Very wide/deep beach and gradual slope easy for walks, families, kids. Easy relatively short walk to Rehoboth boardwalk and Dewey downtown. Fast enough wifi to stream. As a bonus we had a seal visitor this weekend seems they sometimes come up on the beach and stay a day. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic stay

We rented for a week late July. Everything about the experience was great. Prior to our stay, I reached out to the host with a few questions. Very quick response times and very gracious. Check in was very easy. The property itself is premiere, given oceanfront, ease of beach access, parking, 5 min easy bike ride to Dewey, 10 min easy bike ride to Rehoboth (we rented bikes). The combination of these things is not easy to find in this area and we appreciated our good fortune in staying here. The property itself was very clean, well appointed. Bathrooms were small, but that was fine. Beds were very comfortable. Storage/laundry shed was great for storing our rental bikes. The host did go above and beyond on one request we had in advance of the week. She did not need to extend us the favor that she did but it made a big difference in our stay. The only thing for us that could have been improved is to have full blackout capabilities on the master bedroom sliding door. This was minor but it was hard to sleep in as the sun rose. Overall, a great stay and thank you to Kerry for keeping the place well kept and wonderful!

Watching Sunrise From Bedroom Balcony

My bff from high school and I try to meet up once a year and reconnect. Last year we rented a place in Dewey in October and enjoyed it so much we decided to come back. This time we rented at this location because of the proximity to the beach and easy walk to Rehoboth. We were very happy with our choice. This is an absolutely beautiful place right on the sand. You open up the door and walk onto the northern most part of Dewey Beach. If you keep walking north, in about ten minutes you'll be at the beginning of the Rehoboth boardwalk. The location cannot be beat. The furnishings were also lovely and the seating was comfortable and cozy. For dining in, you can choose between the option to share meals either around the nice dining room table, or out on the enclosed porch where you can open the door and listen to the waves. There is a clear master bedroom with an insanely gorgeous view over the water, but the other bedroom is also nice and has its own bathroom as well so that we each had our own space. The photos give a very good sense of the space. Finally, the host was very responsive and understanding as we adapted our arrival times around storms and flooding. I'd give her 6 stars if I could! Thank you so much for a wonderful visit! Would rent again in a heart beat.

Charming Cottage by the Sea

We had the loveliest week in mid September at this rental! Steps to the beach, listening to the waves while you sleep, watching sunrise on the upper porch, easy access to restaurants and the Rehoboth Boardwalk -- what more could you want in a small beachfront rental? The beach here is a real gem, set apart from the more crowded areas of Dewey. A 20 minute walk along the beach brought us right to the Rehoboth Boardwalk. Daily umbrella & chair rentals were still available out on the beach during our week. We enjoyed watching lots of dogs play in the sand & the water (dogs are allowed on the beach after Labor Day, although this rental does not allow pets). The photos posted here are very accurate. The decor is lovely, the kitchen is nicely stocked, & everything was very clean. Lots of books to borrow here for beach reading, especially fiction! This little townhouse was the perfect size for our group of 3 adults; I would personally find it close quarters for more than 3 or maybe 4 adults at the most. This would be a terrific rental for a family with young children. I do feel I should note, as a few other reviewers have, that the upstairs bathrooms here are very small, with tight shower stalls. This was fine for us, but it is something to consider for anyone with mobility issues or of larger than average size. Thank you to our host for a wonderful week. I suspect we will be back again!

We were happy there even when it rained . . .

. . . which is a rare and wonderful thing in a beach house. That's because the house boasts the best library we've seen in a rental, comfortable seating, and views that are sublime, rain or shine. The kitchen is well-outfitted, including with knives that cut, a blender that blends and functional cookware. Importantly, the location had charms I hadn't realized until we arrived. It's on a lovely, less traveled patch of beach between the more crowded and chaotic boardwalk stretches of Rehoboth and Dewey, in a neighborhood that feels small town and charming if the scene in Dewey isn't your scene. Renter tips: bring your own pillows, which is rule that should apply to all rentals. You may also want to bring dish towels -- the one thing I regretted not bringing as the paper towels went fast. Unless you are staying well past Labor Day, you can rent umbrellas and chairs from a kiosk right in front of the unit. And don't miss the breakfast sandwiches and baked goods at Fifer's farm store and market - a quick walk or pedal away. Thanks to our hosts for a great week. They are friendly and accommodating of our requests while still giving us plenty of privacy.

A Jewel On The Beach

An unspoiled location that harkens back to years gone by. Walk through the doors, take a deep breath, and you’ll immediately relax. The interior is exactly as shown in photos, only better. This property is lovingly cared for. Everything in perfect working order. The only struggle is deciding whether to stay snuggled in bed with screen door open listening to waves, hang on porch with a great book listening to the waves or venturing a few yards to swim in the waves. Kerry is the perfect host and very kind regarding check-in. If you’re lucky enough to spot a week that you can go and one’s available, grab it!
