Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Zwillinge. Es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Im Wintergarten befindet sich ein Futon für zusätzlichen Schlaf. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine in der Anlage.
Wir sind zu Fuß zum Strand, einen Block entfernt, und liegt an der Bucht mit Zugang zu einem privaten Strand an der Bucht.

Fantastic vacation! Hosts are helpful and the nice. Their place is beautiful, view of the bay, walking distance to all restaurants in Dewey! Beach is block and a half away. There is plenty of room for sleeping, eating, and chilling! We will be back next year for sure!!

Can I give more than 5 stars?! Kris was an amazing Host! Extremely responsive to any and all questions & very flexible regarding timing of our arrival check out. The community is quiet and conveniently located on the bayside & just one block from the Beach. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset on the Bay from the small community beach at the end of the street. We really enjoyed our stay and thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway!

Awesome time great place

Came here for a girls trip had such a great time! Location was perfect for us, quiet and unbothered by any neighbors. Perfect amount of space for the 6 of us! 2 pull outs 2 twins and a queen bed. Very clean overall we hope to stay here again!

Clean and quiet

The property is clean and in a quiet location, so very relaxing. You must walk across a busy highway to access the beaches so extra care should be given to your safety and the safety of others in your party, especially taking care of children as they cross the busy highway.

Don't stay here when it rains!!

Pretty average accommodation. Fairly clean. No linens or towels provided. Instructions didn't clearly delineate the building number and unit number. Biggest issue: The parking lot floods when it rains. Notified landlord. His response (paraphrasing): "Yeah. That happens, sometimes." His mitigation proposal was to tell me we "should be ok" if we parked in some other tenant's space. (Keep in mind, parking is assigned by unit number and there are signs threatening to tow unauthorized users at every space.) Nope. Not gonna do that! Had to deal with soggy feet all weekend. Total bummer.

Suggestions from a renter

I rented this property for the weekend of the Rehoboth marathon. Booking easy. Check in easy. Location wonderful. When I used the code to get the keys there were 2. Sweet. There were 4 of us staying for the weekend. One for me who had to get up hella early for the race, one for my friends who were my cheerleaders. Later that night we went out, took one key because we were all together. WRONG move. As one is for the condo. One is for the sunroom. Unbeknownst to us, we only took the sunroom key and were locked out. We called the owner, told him of our predicament and he was less than helpful. We finally got in and I called him to let him know maybe include the key situation in the description. Not only did he not apologize for the issue, he insinuated it was our fault, as we should have known. Even today I responded to him to tell him I wasn’t impressed by his reaction. He still has not apologized for the lack of information/confusion. Not my idea of customer service. Won’t be back

Worked out for 2 couples. Perfect location for walking to the beach, bay or any of the local establishments. Was not as cleanly as I would have liked. Lots of dust, trash, old clothes under the beds and bathroom vanity, clothing in some of the dressers, sand on the couches. There was both a coffee pot and a Keurig. We could not get the Keurig to work so we used the standard pot. Nothing detrimental that we felt the need to bother the host about. Overall good stay!

Property was nice. Super comfortable for us 6. We misunderstood what floor of the building this listing was for- it is the first floor so you don’t really get the bay view. And unfortunately the night we arrived there was some local flooding and this property’s parking spots were in shin deep water, it receded by the next morning.We did not reach out to the owner as there really was no issue, it’s just something to think about if you have a small car.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed (pots, pans, utensils, appliances) to cook and made it so much easier to be able to provide breakfast instead of eating out every meal.We mostly walked during our stay, everything is pretty close and it was an easy walk.

Do not stay here. The master bedroom and bathroom was completely infested with hundreds of spiders. They sent their father in law to fix it instead of a professional and we were unable to use the bedroom and bathroom for the entire stay due to the chemicals and all the dead spiders. If the owners had checked the place before our stay this issue would easily have been discovered and fixed before we got there. We booked for 6 and it ended up being very uncomfortable since 2 people did not have a bed and we all had to share one bathroom. I told them how uncomfortable it was for us and requested a partial refund, and in response they brought up how their cleaning crew wanted to charge them extra because of the “mess” we made. We were given zero check out instructions but we still cleaned up thoroughly and took out all the trash without being asked to. When we brought up the partial refund they threatened to charge us a cleaning fees (which are already covered by host fees) which is completely unprofessional. They did not even attempt to resolve our issue and their response was “this issue is closed.” They even charged us 120 without authorization for a bottle cap stuck in the drain even though we did not have any drinks with caps. The bill they sent as proof (only after we asked for it) was very shady. Overall bad experience and we recommend staying away from these shady owners who tried to take advantage of us!!

We grew up going to the beach in the Summer. Dewey is a great town with active night life and a great place to take kids. Being only about 2 miles wide you have choices between the bay and the ocean. The beaches are beautiful and fun all summer long. The neighboring beach in Rehoboth Beach has some great places to eat and take the kids. Some of our favorites in Rehoboth are Funland, and Grottos. You can also spend hours walking on the boardwalk.

Anchor Way is a great street in Dewey. It is the last street in Dewey located right off the bay. It's a quiet location but still conveniently located to everything. No need to get in your car once you get here!
