The property features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering a restful retreat for every guest. The first bedroom has a plush king bed with an en-suite bathroom, the second, third, and fourth rooms have queen beds, and the final room, which is a maid room, has a single bed. Each room is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with high-quality linens to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

There is also a study room, perfect for guests who need to stay productive. Tucked into a quiet corner, it features a desk, an ergonomic chair, lighting, and storage drawers.

The four bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighbourhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on.

Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line the waterside promenade of Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet skiing to skydiving.

As far as locations go, Dubai Marina is undoubtedly alluring. Skyscrapers are poised alongside the winding canal, where luxury yachts patiently await their next outing.

The area extends from Al Sufouh Road and includes Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), and has forged itself as one of the city's most popular neighbourhoods.

Guests will also find plenty of dining and convenience options nearby, including Brighton Rock Restaurant, Allo Beirut, and The Food Square Restaurant for a variety of delicious meals. For everyday needs, Al Day Market and Beach Waves Supermarket are conveniently located in the area.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
