This cozy 1BR, family-friendly, dog friendly, spacious condo sleeps 4. The condo is 850 sq ft, bottom level and sleeps 4. Our dog is part of the family and yours is welcome too!

Breathtaking views of the Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Rock & Mammoth Crest, all from the complex. Located adjacent to the meadow, guests will enjoy the great location, ambiance, outdoor space, nearby bike path and family friendly space. Sunrise condo complex offers use of the spa, sauna, gas BBQ, laundry facility and seasonal pool. Nearby you will find Sierra Star Golf Course, dining, bowling, movies and Vons which are all accessible via the bike path with a short walk. EV Tesla supercharger is walking distance.

This is your home away from home with a bright, open floor plan in the living space. Guests will enjoy the cozy seating, easy to use pellet stove and large flat screen TV. The dining area seats 6 and the large kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, spices and everything you need. The private 1 bedroom has a king bed furnished with plush bedding and a walk-in closet. There are 2 sofa sleepers in the living room and a memory foam mattress is available for both.

You will have access to the entire condo and private outdoor patio, laundry facility, seasonal pool, year round spa, sauna and gas BBQ. Corner, walk-in unit located near the pool/spa area of the complex with nearby parking.

The free Trolley is a 1 minute walk off Minaret road. The condo is located .5 mile to Chair 15 and .5 miles to Mammoth Village. Eagle is the closest lodge.

The condo was a perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway. The space was very clean when we arrived and check in was a breeze. We really enjoyed the pellet stove heater which was easy to use and kept us very warm. Thanks again for our stay.

We did not use the pool. It rained a few days and snowed 1 day. We loved the weather. I followed the instructions sent to me. We got in fine and the condo was good. I got a knock on the door telling us we needed to check in with the reservations office. That was not listed on my instructions. The bed was so uncomfortable.. we both had to sleep on the living room couch/bed rollout. We could not get the furnace/stove to work and 1 day was 32 degrees high. We followed the documented instructions. The condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed

Short weekend get away

Beautiful condo with modern amenities. Loved the fireplace and was easy to use! Well stocked kitchen with all you need. Very large for two people and would comfortably fit four. Great spot close to eagle lodge and a short drive to the canyon.

Lovely Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we could need, from extra blankets, heater, tv with AirPlay to watch our shows, spices/coffee/etc. Near a park for our dog and a close drive to stores and the mountain. The host was friendly and replied to our messages quickly. The complex is also dog friendly and we enjoyed our walks around the area. Hope we can visit again in the future, great location!

Favorite condo in Mammoth!!

Loved staying here! Hot tub was great. Host was extremely responsive and friendly. Shuttle just down the street. Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed plus more. Nice ski lodge feel. Can’t wait to come back. “It was cool to stay on a couch that turns into a bed and it was very comfortable!” - my 7 y/o

Great Summer Getaway

We spent 2 weeks at Nicola's condo and would have spent another week there if we could have. It was wonderfully well-stocked, and a beautiful condo. The toiletries and soaps were 1st class, the location perfect, and the weather wonderful! Being able to link into Prime and Netflix was great for evenings when we stayed in. Nicola is the perfect host and was available whenever we reached out to her. Wish we were still there!
