Recently renovated unit in popular Sunstone lodge has a gas fireplace, all-new living room furniture (including leather sofa-sleeper & oversized chair), comfortable king-sized bed in private bedroom, TVs in each room, and new state-of-the-art kitchen appliances (electric cooktop/range, microwave/convection oven, and refrigerator). Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Everything you need for cooking and enjoying meals in the dining area or outdoor balcony is yours in this home-away-from-home. This condo has 560 square feet of interior space and sleeps up to 4 people, with indoor heated parking for one vehicle (height restrictions apply). No additional guests, and no smoking is allowed on the premises (including outdoor areas) per Lodge property management restrictions.
No dogs, cats, or other guest pets are allowed. per Lodge rules and town of Mammoth ordinance.

The complex common areas provide a spacious and comfortable gathering area with fireplace on the ground floor, plus secure and heated underground garage parking area (1 vehicle), elevator access, pool, jacuzzi, new outdoor BBQ grills, 24-hour fitness room, laundry area with convenient credit card or app payments, and free guest ski lockers just steps from the ski/snowboard trails above Eagle Lodge. Condo complex doors have security locks, well lit entrances.

Come wake to amazing sunrise views of the mountains to experience for yourself all that this unique slope-side property and the Mammoth Lakes area have to offer!

*Eagle Express (Chair 15) access subject to seasonal operating hours that may vary with snow conditions. Great place near Eagle lodge. Wonderful views of the valley and watching the sun and moon rise over the White mtn range. Perfect place for a getaway. I really enjoy the condo experience to be able to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony.or a cheese board in the evening. Randy is a great host and made sure we had all we needed for a great stay. I am already looking forward to next time.

Our stay at Randy’s place was just wonderful and just what we needed. Randy was very responsive and made coming and going seamless.The place was very clean and had a very well appointed kitchen with everything you needed.The location was in near proximity to grocery store, restaurants and everything we needed.Favorite part of the Condo was our patio view. We would have a cup of coffee and taking the beautiful views. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This property looked great on the VRBO site, and then exceeded our expectations. The view is the real deal, and every detail was thought of with this condo. Additionally, the main lodge level and balcony there are a very comfortable place to hang out. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi after hikes, and easy proximity to trails, stores and restaurants. This will now be our Mammoth property of choice.

Great location, stayed in late May when the Mammoth Lakes Basin was just opening up after winter. I enjoyed being able to walk to the Eagle Lodge ski lifts, in the summer there are lots of walking / hiking paths to explore. The host was very communicative, sending detailed instructions for check-in. The condo itself was peaceful, amazing views as you can already tell from the pictures. I am sure if anything was not to my liking then the host would provide solutions quickly, but I did not have any issues using the stovetop, kitchenware, microwave, etc. so no complaints there.The wifi was fine for streaming videos, neighboring units were quiet, not sure if anyone was staying in them though. Check-out was a pretty simple process as well.

More than Adequate

The condo is not huge in size, but it is very comfortable, and has wonderful kitchen equipment and appliances. There is a nice deep bathtub if you enjoy a good soak. The balcony has a nice view, but the morning sun is so intense, do you have to wait to enjoy that in the afternoon and evening. Overall, the organization and amenities in this place were terrific. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property - highly recommend this condo. Perfect location and amazing views! Spring Ski was very busy and we got fresh snow!! Unfortunately Eagle Pass lift was closed for the season. We would love to stay again when the actual ski in// ski out lifts are running before Easter Sunday! We will be back!

Amazing Views & Clean Condo

The views from the balcony are amazing, they do not disappoint! You can see the amazing mountains from the living room. The place was very clean! Communication with the host was great as well. I do wished the gym was bigger & cable equipment worked but that is just a plus. I highly recommend for anyone to stay here. It was very cozy and close to the chair lifts. They were already close due to the season but it's very convenient during I would imagine. Loved it!

Another great stay

Randy is an excellent host — very detailed and responsive. The unit is top floor of Sunstone, so no tromping of ski boots from above is a definite plus. True ski in and ski out to Eagle is easy and convenient. Underground parking garage makes life easier for loading and unloading. Linens and towels are nicer than many hotels, and kitchen extras (coffee fixings, sandwich condiments, cooking spices) are very much appreciated. Nice balcony with great views. Will stay again.

We spent three nights at Randy's condo. The condo was clean, well furnished, and located just a few steps from Eagle Lodge. It is true ski-in-ski-out. Rand was very welcoming, available by text and phone, and provided us with extensive guidance and directions. Highly recommend.
