You’ll be within a 5-minute walk to the Eagle Ski Lodge, the express lift whisking you right into the heart of Mammoth Mountain. For shopping and entertainment enthusiasts, The Village at Mammoth is a 5-minute drive, or quick chair lift, away. In the warmer months, you’ll be right across the street from the Sierra Star Golf Course. Or, take your hiking and exploring skills to the next level, with Yosemite National Park under an hour away. At the Summit, guests will also enjoy access to the Jacuzzi hot tub and seasonal pool, an idyllic respite after busy days in this epic destination.



The home’s interior provides you with plenty of that ski lodge charm, with rustic décor, furnishings, and accents throughout. A cozy living room is complete with a comfortable sofa, a single recliners, and smart TV for quiet movie nights. This space is suitable for all seasons, where you can create the perfect winter ambiance and stay toasty via the pellet-fueled fireplace or open the sliding door and head out onto the balcony for some fresh summer air. A combo bench and high-top style dining table can seat 6, a place for formal meals as well as exciting game nights. The up-to-date kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware. While there are plenty of delicious dining destinations in Mammoth Lakes to try out, the amenities here make the option of home cooking an easy one as well.



The Summit complex also features a brand new sports court with a tennis court, 2 pickleball courts, and a basketball court! There is also a secure ring in the parking space, so you can lock your bike up in front of your car.



This home sleeps up to 6 guests between 1 private bedroom, a secluded loft area, and a NEW queen size sofa sleeper in the living room



Bedroom #1, on the main level, includes a NEW king size bed and spacious closet.



Bedroom #2, The loft sleeping area includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo



The home includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Garage parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes will be provided at home upon arrival. Guests will be subject to a $200 fine if the parking pass is not returned at the end of the stay.

- This is a 2nd-floor unit.

- Please bring your own equipment for the sports court.

- The hot tubs have been recently refurbished with brand-new equipment.

- A new high-efficiency pellet stove was installed
