The Property Management company was outstanding. They were very responsive and followed up on every request we made. We had a couple of issues that were difficult to resolve. First, the heating unit in the furnace wasn't working and could not be fixed during our stay. Usually not a problem in Florida, but we were there during a cold spell. Second, the pool heater stopped working a couple of times. Apparently the pool filter needed to be replaced. The pool company cleaned the filter each time, but did not replace it.

Property is in need of deep cleaning inside and outside. There is dirt under all of the couches and beds. We stayed for 7 nights and the pool heater stopped working on day 3 and only the night before checkout we were told that it is working, but it was still too cold for the kids. Pictures of the pool are stretched and pool is much smaller comparing to pictures. Beds are really uncomfortable. You arrive into a hot house because a/c is set to 78. Fridge is also set to high temperature which means it takes a while for it to get cold.

We did want to clarify a few details based on our communication during your visit. Throughout your week-long stay, the only issue reported to us was the pool heater displaying a “FLO→” message. As soon as you notified us, we immediately sent the pool technician, followed up several times, and confirmed with the owner’s technician that the system was operational and the water temperature had reached 83°F before your departure. We did not receive any reports regarding cleaning, comfort, the AC, or the fridge temperature during your stay. Had we known, we would have gladly addressed these items right away.
We take all guest concerns seriously, and we’ve already reviewed your comments with our team to ensure the home is thoroughly inspected and maintained. While we wish we had been given the opportunity to assist you during your stay, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
