This 3 bedroom, plus Den, 2 bath fully equipped home has been updated by the new owners. Comfortably sleeps nine (9), this home is located in beautiful Rotonda West. It's your choice, shopping, golfing or walking one of the many gorgeous beaches of the gulf coast, all are only minutes away.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with his and hers walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower and walkout to the pool lanai. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with with access also to the pool lanai. The third bedroom has one twin bed and one double bed and a large closet. All bedrooms are equipped with new flat screen televisions.

The large open concept kitchen is an entertainers delight with dinning room just off to one side or if you would rather eat outside, the kitchen has a pass-through to the lanai. The living room will draw you into the house from the foyer with a spectacular view of the pool area. The second bathroom can be access from the pool lanai area as well! BONUS! Fully equipped with ensuite laundry, four (4) bikes for touring around this amazing area, and beach accessories, oh by the way, the beach is a ten (15-20) minute drive from this property.

The lanai has plenty room for entertaining and overlooks the heated pool and backyard. It is equipped with flat screen TV as well as a six seater table for outdoor dining. Did I mention the privacy? There is no house north or south of this property, which is also located on a private court! Privacy and quiet at its finest.
