Thank you for the 5-star review of The Oasis At Orange Beach 1817. I’m sorry the parking costs were an unwelcome surprise — building parking policies and pass availability are set by the property management and sometimes require additional fees. I appreciate the feedback and we’ll review our listing language to make parking details clearer for future guests. Hope to host you again.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the 5-star review. I’m glad the location, pool area, and spacious condo helped make your family’s stay enjoyable. Sorry the pools were chilly and the deck cushions weren’t up to par — I’ve passed your feedback to our team for follow-up. We appreciate the comments and hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you for staying at The Oasis At Orange Beach 1817. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I appreciate the positive notes about the location, beach, pool/lazy river, and the space for your group. I’ve flagged your feedback with our property management, operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to investigate and address the concerns you shared: staff interactions and guest service, the two-pass parking policy and how it’s communicated, the door lock that wouldn’t secure, the unsecured wooden bed slats, the dull knives in the kitchen, and the contents of the starter kits (including adding a small laundry detergent option). Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or additional details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life
