Dies ist eine der besten Eigentumswohnungen in Orange Beach und entlang der Golfküste von Alabama. Kommen Sie für den Spaß in der Sonne oder treiben Sie den faulen Fluss hinunter. Phoenix West ist eine der luxuriösesten Eigentumswohnungen am Golf! Die Aussicht nach Osten und Westen vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster im Wohnzimmer und in jedem Schlafzimmer ist unglaublich. Mit über 250 m² ist das Gerät sehr geräumig und großzügig eingerichtet. Für Ihren Genuss und Ihre Entspannung wurden keine Kosten gescheut.

Das Gerät ist künstlerisch bemalt und professionell dekoriert mit Geräten aus Edelstahl in Originalgröße, maßgefertigten Schränken, Granitoberflächen, Bartresen mit Eismaschine, 46-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer mit Flachbildfernsehern und DVDs in den Schlafzimmern sowie Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, im 2. Schlafzimmer gibt es zwei Queensize-Betten und im 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer gibt es jeweils ein Queensize-Bett. Es gibt zwei Schlafsofaköniginnen im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Haustürschloss installiert, damit Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit Schlüsseln auf dem Laufenden bleiben müssen!

Es gibt einen Lazy River, eine Wasserrutsche, einen Außenpool mit eingezäuntem Kinderbecken, einen beheizten Innenpool, zwei Whirlpools, ein hochmodernes Fitnesscenter, 4 Saunen und Tennisplätze auf dem Dach.

Es gibt ein Mindestalter von 25 Jahren, um das Gerät zu reservieren. Bei Verstößen wird es nicht erstattet.

Parken: Sie müssen Ihre Parkausweise bei der Ankunft kaufen. Pro Fahrzeug wird eine einmalige Gebühr von 35 USD erhoben. Amazing location, breathtaking views.

We had a family of 9 stay here and it was absolutely amazing!! We had plenty of room, the condo is very spacious and everyone had their own space and some privacy as each room has a full bathroom. There was also a hall bathroom, 5 total. Each room also has a small balcony and the main balcony overlooks the beach with breathtaking views both east and west. Overall we had a wonderful time and it was amazing. Highly recommend.

Amazing views, spacious layout

I won't bury the lede: the views are why you stay at this property. We watched the sun rise every morning and spied dolphins swimming close to shore from this 23rd story balcony.With floor to ceiling windows facing the east and south, you can see not only panoramic views of the gulf, but also a good portion of the city of Orange Beach.The unit's open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen really takes advantage of the scenery, plus every bedroom has a view of its own too.En suite bathrooms for all four bedrooms (plus a half bath in the hallway) make for a spacious and relaxing vacation.While I would stay here again in a heartbeat, the unit is not without a few flaws. The dishwasher was functional but nearly falling apart, and the faucet in one of the showers was leaky--minor nits to pick to be sure.Overall, this stay was a great experience. The check-in process was simple and my children enjoyed the lazy river and, when the weather got a bit too chilly, the indoor pool.

Fantastic Family Trip

I stayed in the condo with my multi-generation family. The property was nice with great gulf views. The location is okay, but you must drive to most places because there is not much within walking distance for food/entertainment.

Great property, not the cleanest

The property is amazing with all the things to do on site and in the area. Beautiful view from the room. Plenty of space. My concerns were it wasn't very clean, we washed the floors ourself. Washer and dryer did not work well at all. Had to run both twice sometimes. Pods didn't work. The beds only had sheets, there were no blankets in the unit so bring blankets. Sofa sleeper was not comfortable.

Very spacious and very nice layout out, but the condo was very dirty . We found potato chips under the edge of the bed in the master bedroom and dried up sandwich meat in the couch when we was putting the bed out . We had a great time in the condo ,but the cleaning of the condo needs major improvement

Updating Needed

The location, the building itself was fine. The furniture was outdated and in ill repair. Unit had not been dusted nor was the floor clean. There was food in hide away bed and under it. The mattresses in hide alway were not sleepable. There was no handles on bedroom furniture so could not use drawers. For the money I paid for this unit, I was not pleased with the condition of it.

Family Vacation

We were there last year and decided to bring our family this year. There something that needs some repair. One bulb in the bathroom keep blinking so we took it out, some of the dresser are in need of knobs or some updating and the double bedroom needs a dresser. Just some update.

Christmas getaway

Thought the host of this property was not doing her job. Asked several questions before we got there. She didn’t respond a lot of could have been handled before we got there. Great property. Just dirty. Floors are filthy. Not by looking but walk barefoot and there black instantly. Under the beds under the couches. Looks like they have never been moved. Only reason I noticed I dropped my pill box. Not a good idea. I’ve maker was filthy. Asked about she ignored me. So had to wait til Mon to get it fixed. Only other thing is more cooking utensils. If a family wanted to cook it would be hard to. Few light bulbs out no big deal bathroom vent didn’t work but not big issues

Reviewer Comments: No curtains in main room which caused the tv to be useless due to sunlight until the afternoon. Stayed at Phoenix West 3 times before and all condos had curtains. Bar icemaker filter needed to be replaced, disposer did not have a guard cover, fan light over bed in king room did not work, exhaust fan in double br bathroom did not work, food left in fridge, dirty sheets, dirty toilets, dirty king shower, dirty floors kids had black feet, rug near tv was full of dirt, cabinet doors in kitchen were filthy, and shower curtain in first room fell down was not anchored. Left message with Mrs Roberts, no reply

Reviewer Comments: My family has been going to Orange Beach for almost 10 years and we have always stayed in the Phoenix Condos - West, West II, V, and Orange Beach to name a few. We are familiar with the layouts and options as compared to other condos. This one failed to meet our expectations. The housekeeping staff is doing a diservice for the owners - our feet were always black from the floors, crumbs in the cabinets and drawers dust on the furniture, and stains on the comforters which did not look to have been washed in between stays. The condo in itself needs a lot of maintenance done to it as well. The beds in the room with the two full-sized beds are barely staying together - literally, a rail was lying on the ground under the bed and I had to caution my kids to get in and out of the bed gently as the headboards did not feel secure. The handrails in the bathrooms were bent/broken and some of the hooks for towels were snapped off. The views from the condo are gorgeous - the east-facing units are the best for sunrises and cool evenings to enjoy dinner on the balcony. If the above-mentioned things were taken care of, I would definitely consider staying here again, but not until the housekeeping does a better job and maintenance services the condo.
