A reasonably priced Single-Family home. Offering 2-bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms; A safe family location and best of all you are approx. 25 yards from your own private local beach.

We offer an ideal location, no need to carry your beach items, you are just steps from the Ocean, just a 1-minute walk (or 10 second run). Carrying all those beach items will now be a distance memory and should you need to go back for that emergency, it is nice to know it is all doable.

Make Lavallette Beach your next vacation stop; a 700 square foot, 2-level home. Ideal for a family of 4. With all the comforts of home plus an outdoor patio to enjoy that early morning coffee or that late evening drink with friends and family.

We try to make your vacation as stress free as possible; we provide all bed linens, pillows, comforter, kitchen supplies, pot, pans, dishes and toiletries, (just bring your own towels).

For MAY, JUNE and SEPTEMBER we only accept a 3-night minimum.

For JULY and AUGUST, we only accept weekly rentals from Friday to Friday

ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) Please note the Kitchen ceiling height is approx. 6 ft 6 in.

2) Parking for the association is located in a parking lot down the street on 35N. Association allows guests to park in front of house to unpack and load car.

3) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

4) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

5) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

6) If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living area contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, however this still requires a single level of stairs to access.

7) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.

8) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
