Beautiful ocean front view at the Dunes of Panama D703. As you enter the condo you are immediately drawn to the ocean view! Views of the beach & ocean can be seen from the kitchen, dining, living room and master suite. This condo offers balcony access from both the living room and master suite. The balcony table and chairs are perfect for sunrise views while sipping on coffee.

The views are amazing, the beach is only a few steps away from the elevator and the resort includes three gulf front pools (one heated year round).
The space
The impressive master bedroom is complete with a king-sized bed & breathtaking Gulf views. Wake up each morning to sunrise views from the bedroom or use your private door to relax on the balcony while enjoying coffee.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have new mattresses and incredibly comfy bedding.

Newly tiled walk in showers in both bathrooms with upgraded handheld shower wands.

Smart TVs in every room.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, Keurig
coffee pot and pod combo, toaster, blender, utensils, etc... Everything you need to prepare meals while you're away! The table allows seating for a large family and the bar also accommodates three.

The living room boasts views of the entire beach! A game chest in the living room offers board games, cards and puzzles for the rainy days!

The balcony is completely private with incredible Gulf views. There's a table for enjoying morning coffee on the balcony. The balcony also features tropical plants and cozy rugs to make the balcony feel like an expansion of the living space.

Amenities at the Dunes of Panama feature 3 gulf front swimming pools (one heated year round), tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, volleyball on the beach, Stingray's, a seasonal Tiki bar and fitness center. As you exit the elevator on your way to the beach, you can drop in Stingray's (offering breakfast, lunch & dinner) and grab a pizza, sandwich, drink & beach supplies.

The Dunes of Panama is set back from the road, away from traffic noise - a beach oasis! Located on the quieter east end, this complex offers 1500 feet of Gulf front, white sand beaches, the largest on the beach.
