After your settled into this amazing just right fifth floor condo, you will be ready for some rest & relaxation in the sun, surf & sand. At first glance from your bed, in the mornings you will see those sugar white sugar sands along with the emerald, turquoise green water. Grab some coffee enjoy sitting on the balcony smelling those saltwater breezes thinking about all of the things that you can do today. Right across the direct boardwalk, there will be two free chairs & umbrella beach cabana daily setup waiting on you. H20 on-site servers will be right over to take your order. NO need to get up.

When trying to decide your daily activities for the day you can choose to enjoy one of the large outdoor pools right off of the gulf, or one of the huge indoor pools. Enjoy the day with the children outside in the kiddie pool & splash pad. How about an evening dip in one of the three bubbly hot tubs for a romantic sitting, relaxing those muscles?
How about a day of tennis, or maybe rooftop tennis tonight on the lighted court or a workout in the state of art fitness center? There is a Theatre featuring movies on Tuesday and Thursday with a kids focus, an on-site convenience market & gift shop. In-house Starbucks Coffee & Deli. Breakfast, lunch, coffee, draft beer, ice-cream, frozen drinks, etc.

The Damage Waiver insurance fee of $59.00 covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you
report the incident to us prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
