Our apartment was in a safe neighborhood, easy to access, clean and had all the amenities needed. Great communication with our host, Ethan. He responded promptly and provided helpful feedback about the property and suggestions about beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Loved that we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and to the beach. Some of our favorite restaurants in walking distance were Panaderia España, Los Pinos, and Los Chamos Arepas. We enjoyed walking to Isla Verde Beach, Carolina Beach and if you have a car, drive 20 minutes east to Playa Piñones. It’s a beachside neighborhood with many street food vendors to choose from. Highly recommend!

It’s a great location in Isla Verde walkable to a ton of places, but my favorite is the Panaderia Espanola. The space was updated recently and looks great. We were pumped for the pool, but I wish it was noted that there were multiple long term renters also in the space, some with an infant. We were told to leave the pool in the middle of the afternoon because it was the babies nap time. Not a huge deal if we would’ve known in advance so we can plan around it or pick another place.

This stay was our last location prior to heading home. It was an easy check in and check out. Felt safe, awesome paneria with in walking distance. If I could give some advise, the king size mattress needs to be replaced was not comfortable.

This was a perfect location, especially since we rented a car. We were able to go and explorer, three fourths of the island. This was my first experience with RVBO and ethan was in constant communication, and all of the other tenants were friendly and high helpful!

Had a great birthday trip at this property! The photos are very accurate, and the space itself is comfortable and spacious, and gave us some of the best sleep we’ve had in a while. The kitchen has modern appliances, fully stocked with cookware and pantry staples, extra towels, hangers, plus beach chairs and pool access made things really convenient. We also loved having a washer/ dryer, individual A/C controls, blackout curtains, Wi-Fi, and easy street parking.The location is fantastic — safe, quiet, and within walking distance to the beach and plenty of excellent dining options. (Pro tip: don’t miss España PanaderĂ­a nearby!) The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out seamless with clear instructions.A couple of small areas to note: toiletries and extra blankets weren’t provided, so it’s worth bringing your own if you need them. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. It’s a great property in a perfect location, and the hospitality was excellent!

The property is safe and secured by camaras. Neighborhood excellent. However this property doesn't have a power generator ,we experienced a power outage on the Island it took 48 hours to be restored , we have to go to Hotel. The owner was updating us every day with the power outage news .. Besides that everything was perfect .
