Everything was great. The apartment was clean, communication with the host was excellent. The condo is close to a grocery store and a great pastry/food place just down the street. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood where you could go for a walk without any worries. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the queen bed. It was way too soft, even for someone that likes a soft bed.

Our apartment was in a safe neighborhood, easy to access, clean and had all the amenities needed. Great communication with our host, Ethan. He responded promptly and provided helpful feedback about the property and suggestions about beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Loved that we were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and to the beach. Some of our favorite restaurants in walking distance were Panaderia España, Los Pinos, and Los Chamos Arepas. We enjoyed walking to Isla Verde Beach, Carolina Beach and if you have a car, drive 20 minutes east to Playa Piñones. It’s a beachside neighborhood with many street food vendors to choose from. Highly recommend!

It’s a great location in Isla Verde walkable to a ton of places, but my favorite is the Panaderia Espanola. The space was updated recently and looks great. We were pumped for the pool, but I wish it was noted that there were multiple long term renters also in the space, some with an infant. We were told to leave the pool in the middle of the afternoon because it was the babies nap time. Not a huge deal if we would’ve known in advance so we can plan around it or pick another place.

This was a great stay. The host was very prompt to all my questions. The place was clean and was able to walk to all the places we planned to go. Family PR trip

This stay was our last location prior to heading home. It was an easy check in and check out. Felt safe, awesome paneria with in walking distance. If I could give some advise, the king size mattress needs to be replaced was not comfortable.
