This brand new luxury cabin was completed in August 2024 and is located in the Lodges at Reedmont community surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The cabin is easy to access on paved roads and is just 2 miles from Soaky Mountain Waterpark, 4 miles to the main Parkway, and 9 miles to the Island in Pigeon Forge. Cabin has private parking for up to 3 large vehicles.

PLEASE NOTE: the Lodges at Reedmont community is under construction. We hope this will be no disturbance to you as they work within city-regulated working hours only. All neighboring homes have been completed, but you will encounter construction in the community.

⇨RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking this property, you will have 24 hours to sign a rental agreement listing the guidelines and house rules listed in the “Other Things To Note” section below.

Inside, you’ll immediately experience modern contemporary luxury to unwind and relax after a long day of travel. Upon opening the front door, you will see two bedrooms equipped with King beds on either side of the hallway, both with ensuite bathrooms. Walk down the hallway to enter the Great Room, equipped with an open concept kitchen with quartz countertops and large island. The living space includes two oversized sofas and two extra large arm chairs, with more than enough space for all guests to lounge.

Upstairs you will find a loft with a queen sleeper sofa and a full sized shuffleboard table. The 2nd level master king bedroom includes a full ensuite, and you will also find a bunk bed room with 4 twin beds, more than enough room for the kids to have a sleepover. There is a second full bathroom for all those sleeping in the bunks and/or the loft.

The basement is the perfect hang out space for those rainy days, equipped with a full game room with arcade and pool table. Attached to the game room will be a movie theater with a 75” Roku Smart TV and theater style seating. Also in the basement is the entrance to the private heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The half bath in the pool room is perfect for anyone hanging out in the basement.

Families with small children are more than welcome, but please note the cabin has not been specifically setup to be baby- or toddler- proofed. While safety mechanisms are in place, the pool and hot tub are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK and all children must be supervised by a responsible adult.

We have some very basic house rules:
-Must be 25 years or older to book
-Must sign rental agreement within 24 hours from booking
-Max occupancy of 12 (including children), and occupancy must matching guests in booking
-NO smoking / vaping / drugs inside the home or on the porches. Smoking must be 15ft from the cabin
-NO pets (we are pet owners and love them, but please leave them at home)
-Be respectful of the cabin and others in the neighborhood, including quiet hours from 10pm to 6am
Note: breaking house rules may result in fines up to $500, extra cleaning fees, and/or cancellation of the booking.


-CHECK IN is at 4pm
-CHECK OUT is at 10am
-QUIET HOURS are from 10:00pm - 8:00AM

-Linens are provided: sheets, pillowcases, comforters
-You will likely see and hear critters given the cabin is in the mountains. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times
-The Great Smoky Mountains is bear country. For any cabin you choose to say in (including ours), please follow basic bear safety: don't keep any food in your car, keep your cars locked, and never approach a bear if you do see one.
-We provide 1 towel set per person on the reservation (bath towel, hand towel). We typically also provide pool towels and makeup remover washcloths, though these are not always guaranteed. There is a laundry machine on premises.
-We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap. For longer stays you will need more!
