You will get a door code before check-in. No need to meet anyone for keys. You get the whole house to yourself.

★ OCUPANCY
12 Person Max. All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

★ ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send you your passcode for your door lock. Check in after 4pm

No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $100 charge per half-hour.

★ HEATED INDOOR POOL
The saltwater pool is the highlight of the cabin! The 16' x 8' Indoor Pool is heated to 84 degrees year round. The pool depth is 3 feet deep. Use at your own risk and supervise children as there is no life guard.

★ INTERNET/STREAMING TV’S:
High Speed Wireless Internet is included in your stay throughout the cabin.

The living room has a 65 inch large flat screen Roku smart TV, great for family movies or ballgames and the loft game room also has a 65 inch streaming Roku smart TVs. Streaming smart Roku TVs are also in each bedroom. Bring your own password for all streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc...

★ BEDROOMS
There are 3 king master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms which accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably. The top level also has an ensuite bedroom with 2 full over full bunk beds that can sleep 4 adults comfortably or up to 8 kids comfortably.

★ BATHROOMS
4 bathrooms: 3 with a walk-in showers and 1 with a shower/bathtub combo.

★ KITCHEN
A dining table with 2 chairs and 2 benches in the kitchen can fit 8 people. There is also a table behind the sofa that can fit three additional people and a similar table in the loft for three people. The open dining area and a fully equipped kitchen provide for wonderful space for family gatherings. Appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker.

★ DECK
Large deck on the main level with six rockers and three side tables, gas grill and 5 person hot tub.

★ LAUNDRY
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

★ AMENITIES
Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, shampoo and bar soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out.

★TRASH
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in bear proof trash container in front of cabin. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick up. An additional trash pickup can be coordinated for an additional $25 fee. Please message us if you need a mid-stay trash pickup.

★ HOT TUB
The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

★ GAMES
The loft on the second level game room is complete with a pool table and barrel multicade arcade to enjoy at your leisure. The pool table has two 42" cue sticks and two 48" cue sticks (room is not spacious enough for 57" pool cue sticks).

★ SECURITY
Ring Floodlight Security Camera by the front entrance for your safety. Ring camera turn on with motion and record. There are no indoor cameras.

★ CONSTRUCTION
There is construction happening in the development as new cabins are being build (the cabins directly to the left and right are complete). There may be construction vehicles on the road or normal construction noise.

★ NO PETS allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund.

★ NO SMOKING

★ Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires including candles will be charged $100 plus damages.

★ We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. We recommend four wheel drive during inclement weather and winter months for the steep road into the neighborhood.
