Great area to bring your family and friends! The beach is so close, it was a good change of pace from the pool to the beach. 10/10 would recommend!

Our first visiting Puerto Rico was made so much better by choosing to stay at this property. Our family group of 12 had three different spaces to spread out, and each one was well kept clean. Located within walking distance of restaurants and beaches, we all had a great time. The property owners checked with us numerous times during our stay to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction and were very responsive to our requests. We hope to return!

Fun times!

Lovely spacious property in a local neighborhood. Very close to Luquillo beach and kiosks and rain forest. Beautiful pool and pool area. Comfortable beds in large bedrooms. Air conditioning works great. Plenty of space for a family or friends vacation. Great communication with host.

Amazing beautiful spacious home!!!

The home was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious yet still intimate & the pool area was breathtaking! I'm already planning a trip back & I refuse to stay anywhere but Stan's home! Thanks again for having us! We'll be back soon & I'm sending some referrals your way!

The host was on site and was a great assistant to issues we encountered.

Although the host asked if my family was ok with maintenance staff being on site, the staff brought family and the parade kept on going. Between the workers and cameras at every corner, privacy was a concern. Neighborhood dogs also barked all night and the surrounding area and beach were dirty.

Needless to say, our Agape' Anchor Family are surprised and disappointed that we fell short in exceeding the expectations of this guest. We are not perfect but available every day to address any issues that don't meet those expectations. We ask every day if you need anything, because all guests are different. Please be honest with us while you are here so that we may fix those issues - our dedicated staff is really good, but not good enough to read minds. So please tell us what isn't going well! :) And we PROMISE to fix it! Our Job 1 is to "Do Good" (exceed expectations) of each and every guest. AMAZING!! 5 stars!

This rental home is perfect. The pictures truly does this home no justice. The pool and Cabana area are gorgeous and so spacious! And You can see the ocean from the pool, what a view! It is about a minute drive to a beautiful beach. This place was big enough to comfortably accommodate my large party of guests. Not to mention they have everything you could need for a large family vacation, from sand toys, beach chairs, and a cooler. To spices, all cooking utensils, and even shot glasses. I can not wait to book this home again later this year and will recommend to everyone I know!

The Good Life

My stay at Agape Anchor Garden Villas exceeded every expectation that I had, and in reading other reviews, my expectations were set high from the start. I spent 2 weeks there with a rotating cast of close friends and family to celebrate my 50th birthday. Everything about the rental was top notch. The villas were equipped with everything we could ever need and more, the property was located perfectly, very close to the beach and markets and multiple dining options. The communication from the hosts was nearly instantaneous the couple times I reached out with a question. It is hard to describe just how beautiful the pool area is and pictures could never do it justice. Agape Anchor Garden Villas is an all-too-rare example of everything done just right -a taste of the good life! I send to the hosts my sincere gratitude for sharing their spacious slice of paradise. Our stay there will never be forgotten, and I will dream about it until the day comes when I might be able to return.

Family trip was wonderful thanks to wonderful host!

We had a family of 12 aged 13-72. Grandma and the 7 grandkids stayed upstairs. The other two couples stayed downstairs. It was a great layout for all of us. We really made use of the upstairs patio which we used for most of our meals. We also had a couple of dance parties up there. The pool area was wonderful and we spent many days there. We also took the short walk to the beach to hang out, swim and walk the beach. There is a mini market with beverages and snacks a block away along with several food trucks with delicious tripletas and other varieties of food. Stan was amazing! He saved our trip by taking us to the store. When we arrived on the island none of our rental vehicles were available! Stan also joined us at the pool and patio because we really enjoyed his company. The place was clean, spacious, air conditioning worked great, and we even had a few large iguanas walking through one day. I highly recommend this property! Communication for check in was given in a timely manner. Check in was super easy. This place was amazing for our family of 8. Lots of space, super clean, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing! Happy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to take with us to the beach, since we flew to the island. Would definitely stay here again. Located close to the beach and many other amenities. Thank you for hosting us!

Awesome house

We were a large group of 10 including small children and a teenager, family reunion. The property is stunning, there’s plenty of space for the whole family to be comfortable is not right on the beach but a short drive to the beach and a nice strip full of restaurants. Also the pool area is so amazing we enjoy our time there. We had a few problems with power, but Stan was very fast to answer my questions and help as much as possible. We really loved our stayed hope we didn’t had power issues but they do have back up solar power. Overall we were all very happy with this property!!! Thank you Stand and all the people that made sure we had a great time. Also it has everything you need even floaters for the little ones :)

Beautiful home great location.

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. Stan & Anna were great in answering all of my questions and taking care of anything that we needed in the house. The pool is amazing. Big pool with plenty of room to share with other guests if any. The staff ( Jose, Sonia, Nilsa, Roberto ) taking care of the property are wonderful. Only one thing and it's not the owners fault but the neighbors dogs can bark throughout the night. I definitely recommend this home. next time my family & I are in Puerto Rico we will rent from this owner again.
