Genießen Sie dieses schöne dreistöckige Anwesen direkt am Meer mit deckenhohen Ausblicken und einer ruhigen Umgebung, während Sie sich dennoch in der Nähe von Surf City und allen Restaurants und Annehmlichkeiten befinden. Dies ist ein einzigartiges Anwesen, das von allen Fenstern und dem breiten Deck einen atemberaubenden Blick auf LBI bietet. Einwandfreier Zustand. Strandpässe und Nebenkosten inklusive.

Weitere Annehmlichkeiten sind der Zugang zum Privatstrand, ausreichend Parkplätze und ein offener Grundriss. Große Fläche unter Deck für private Duschen und Umkleiden. Whirlpool auf dem Deck mit Blick auf den Ozean.

Betreten Sie im ersten Stock eine dreistöckige Wendeltreppe mit Glasblockwänden. Weiter in den ersten Stock TV / den mit ausziehbarer Queen-Couch, Essbereich, Vollbad, Waschküche, Queen-Schlafzimmer und Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbetten (3). Tür führt direkt nach draußen unter dem Deck und dem Strand.

Die Hauptebene (2. Etage) verfügt über einen atemberaubenden und großen Wohnbereich mit einer Wickelcouch, einem Essbereich für 12 Personen und einem Fernseher / Arbeitszimmer (Türen für das 6. Schlafzimmer). Vollbad auf dieser Ebene. Gehen Sie ein paar Schritte zum Hauptschlafzimmer mit Whirlpool, Queensize-Bett, Umkleidekabine im Promi-Stil, zwei großen Schränken, Dusche und WC.

Der dritte Stock verfügt über zwei geschlossene Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten und einem Queen-Size-Bett, ein Vollbad, einen Balkon / TV-Bereich mit 2 Twin-Bereichen für zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten. Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht super !!

Diese Eigenschaft hat über 100 Fuß Ozeanfront, aber die Nordseite des Hauses hat keine Eigenschaft, nur Sand, so dass die Privatsphäre verbessert wird.

Summer getaway

This is the second time we stayed two weeks at this property and it is just a relaxing and quiet spot on the beach. Lovely views of the ocean and plenty of room for friends and family.

Beautiful Oceanfront Home

Lovely home with amazing ocean views from every main room in the living area and master bedroom. We enjoyed the tranquility and the large 2nd floor deck. We're planning on staying again next year.

Fantastic views and location

Great location, bikeable to both Surf City and Harvey Cedars. House is very spacious and well equipped. Owner is responsive and welcoming. The house itself is a little dated and there are many stairs which may be difficult for older people.

Thank you so much for leaving a wonderful review. As a long time LBI renter new to my property the review and feedback is much appreciated. My home is a 3 story dwelling with a beautiful spiral staircase connecting all the floors flanked by a glass wall. Most new construction properties would not even consider this type of open floor plan as the current goal is to just build boxes and maximize bedrooms. In addition, in order to maximize the ocean views, the deck is on the second floor and has straight steps on both sides of the deck for easy access from the beach. I have many multi-generational families stay at my home and most of the older folks stay on the first floor which has walk out access to the beach. This floor does have 2 small steps in order to access the bedrooms which is important to note. My home does not have an elevator which may be warranted for some renters. My home is truly one of a kind and located in a premier location.

Pure Tranquility

The openness and spaciousness of this beautiful home matched the expansive views of the sky and ocean. From sunrises to the spectacular rise of the full moon to pods of dolphins, this home has a front row seat to the natural wonder and beauty around it. We had a memorable stay in this home.

Absolutely amazing

This house is absolutely amazing. I have a huge family of my parents, siblings and all of our children. The wonderful home had plenty of sleeping and living spaces, direct beach access, beautiful views and the open floorplan, with deck allowed us all to be in the same space together. We loved it, we are already planning our trip for next year.

The house is lovely, bright open and in a fabulous location. You can see the ocean from the couch in the living room. There is a great deck with a hot tub. The life guard station is about 3 houses down the beach. The house is well equipped and comfortable. We had 4 families and children ranging from 21 down to 3. Everyone had a great time.

Perfect Oceanfront House!

This oceanfront home was perfect for our family. Our three generations enjoyed a week of beautiful weather with gorgeous views of the ocean, including dolphins, beautiful moon rises and 4th of July fireworks. The private walkway to the beach provided easy access for surfing, kayaking and foiling. The house is spacious both inside and out: an open living room and kitchen area, a deck with hot tub, large grill, and table large enough for 12. It is very well stocked: from the kitchen to beach gear and even a great collection of puzzles. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful Beach Home

This home was very clean, well maintained and the location and beach amazing. Private walkway to beach and near another access on the left facing ocean. House was well equipped beach chairs, beach area in beach side of house before the dune which was great for little ones to play before or after beach time. Views were amazing and kitchen well stocked with needed dishes etc. Manager was very easy to reach and linen service and house cleaners were great. Will plan another trip here next summer for sure. Excellent House and Location

This house is large, clean and as represented in the listing. While there were only 5 of us staying there, a larger group would have been quite comfortable. The location is spectacular - just behind a dune on the beach. The house is built to capitalize on this location and does a beautiful job. The beach is not crowded there and has a lifeguard close by. The kitchen is well stocked as are beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc). Beach tags (an obnoxious NJ taxation mechanism) are provided by the owner. A beautiful, comfortable house for a great beach vacation.

Amazing Location, lovely house, read listing carefully

This house had the loveliest location we've had in many years in LBI. Not only are you right on the beach, but there's a private walkway (not too long and easy to do) and a private little beach area. The next best thing about the house: the common area: a giant, easily cleaned and practical, kitchen table that actually seats the number of people who can sleep in the house, which is often not the case, and the incredible views. The master is awesome. The cons: read the listing carefully: it's not really 6 bedrooms. What's counted as a 6th (and is clearly labeled on the photos, but not on the way the house is listed) is a TV room with a pullout couch and an accordion door that affords no sound proofing. Also, make note, it's not 5 bathrooms, it's four. Again, clearly noted in the details but not in the overall count on the listing. So just read the details and if those counts work for you this house is a great choice! Also, Sheri is a pleasure to work with and her house manager was responsive in fixing issues.

Debbie, Thanks for the great review and the clarification on the 6th bedroom which is detailed in the listing. My home is not a cookie cutter box home but a very open floor plan which allows for many sleeping options. In addition, there are several open sleeping areas that are available and not listed. Also, the master bedroom is oversized including a very large changing and dressing area, private shower, sitting area and large jacuzzi tub. The home was built as a private residence and is perfect for multi generational families. Also, the listing states there are 4 bathrooms plus an outside shower not 5 bathrooms.

Great location - spacious house

Our family stayed at this house over the week of July 4th. The house met our needs and we all had a great time. The location of this house sells itself. A short walk over the dunes gets you to a part of the beach that never felt crowded. The deck is the second best part of the house and the view from it is amazing. It is huge with a large table, plenty of chairs and a hot-tub. The house handles a large group really well with large living spaces on all three floors, in addition to the deck we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was well appointed with beach chairs, umbrellas, kayak, games, etc. When you walk into the house the architecture and decor will make you feel like you stepped back in time to the 80s. Not a negative as we thought it added to the charm. I would like to see the owner replace some of the small kitchen appliances(toaster, coffee maker) that are past their prime. While we were there the previous tenants had broke the upstairs ac units. The owner was very responsive and did everything in her power to get them repaired, but being over a holiday was unsuccessful. She was able to get some portable units delivered (thanks again!!!) half way through the stay which saved the trip. Note - there is a house being built next door, with that comes the typical construction sounds from the deck. While we were there machinery was working to prepare the site. Some of our party were bothered by it, others weren’t. There will likely be construction ongoing for the near future. If you get a chance to stay here on July 4th, the fireworks on the beach below the house were spectacular!!

LBI Oceanfront - Wonderful Getaway

We loved this house. It had everything we needed. Picturesque views, spacious, clean, and amazing location. The owner was fantastic with communication and helping in any capacity, which made the stay that much better. We can't wait to return next year.

Best location on LBI

We had a blast. Very fun house and Sheri is a fine host. There is no substitute for oceanfront. We saw Dolphin nearly every day and the highlight - A WHALE - right in front of the house for a couple of hours. Would rent again.

Adult family trip to LBI

The is was the first trip to LBI for our family/group of 7 adults. The location was great, a quick walk across a dune to a seemingly endless beach. Not only did we have a private access to the beach, but beach itself almost felt private. A short drive from all sorts of restaurants and essential retail, very convenient to get in and out of the island as well. The house is very attractive, and felt “homey”. A very nice back deck, with a great view of the beach- plus a hot tub and gas grill. Everything was in great shape and working order. Spacious downstairs, perfect for cooking and gathering in a communal setting. Well stocked with cookware and plates, utensils, etc. Two large dining tables, one in and one outdoors. Our host was very responsive and helpful to us throughout the process. In case the weather isn’t good, the internet, televisions all work perfectly. Fortunately our weather was stunningly perfect all week! One thing that is worthy of mention is that, for senior travelers with mobility issues, the house might present some challenges. The ground floor “apartment” has several stairs, even on the same level. You also have to take stairs to get to the main floor as well as the back deck. Also stairs to the master suite. Had a lovely time!

Perfect for families

I have stayed in LBI many times but this is the first vacation at this point in the island. It was the perfect location- private yet easily accessible to restaurants, grocery store, even a fresh fish market. During COVID days, having contactless checkin/checkout was appreciated. The owner was accessible and responded quickly to any inquiries. The house has a large deck with outstanding ocean views. It also has a large dining table —making it a wonderful place for our extended family to relax after a day at the beach and enjoy dinner under the stars. The house has a sandy area in the back so young children can play in the sand without having to go to the beach. A plus when excited kids are way ahead of the adults time table! The other plus is the private and easy access to the beach. Definitely essential with the many back and forth trips to the house with young ones. The house has a downstairs apt-like setup. It has a sitting area, a refrigerator and a private door to the beach so its ideal if you want or need a little separation. The sitting area has a pullout couch but although the mattress may be suitable for young children, it has seen better days. Other then that, it suited our family perfectly and I would recommend staying here.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is conveniently located between Surf City and Harvey Cedars and right on the beach. The large picture windows facing east and the spacious deck overlooking the dunes made us feel one with the beach and ocean sights and sounds. The house is a little quirky, with a number of beds situated in alcoves of common areas--but this is all described completely accurately in the listing. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach badges are a real bonus. The owner was very communicative and clear and made it easy to get right into the house and enjoy the views. Perfect for extended family groups looking for a casual and relaxed beach vacation!

Everything was great this year

This is the second year we have stayed in this house. This year the deck was rebuilt and has made a big differene in safety and comfort. This house had everything we needed we had a wonderful experience. The owner is very easy to deal with And provides information you will need ahead of time.

As a New Jersey native all my life, I enjoyed the Jersey shore as a teenager and when my family wanted to purchase a second home, we selected Long Beach Island for its unique qualities known to most Jerseyans. Raising the family in Lanoka Harbor, we were able to use this home away from home in just 30 minutes. After graduation, we have retired to Florida and now only visit New Jersey with our kids and grand kids when schedules allow. We purchased a home in North Beach because it was close to Surf City and the amenities but was much more private. Homes In Harvey Cedars and Loveladies are much farther from any amenities and require transportation.

This home has a very contemporary feel presenting with an open floor plan while maintaining intimacy. The floor to ceiling windows give a glorious view of the sunrise over the ocean. While the beach is not private, there are only 3 houses on the lane that will ever use the beach and both of them do not rent to outsiders. While having a private beach, we are also a few blocks from Surf City and all the amenities, restaurants, etc so you have the best of both worlds.

Main floor has large kitchen with coriander countertops, large dining table and countertop seating. Full bath. Tv area with pull out queen sofa that can be shut at night for bedroom. Master bedroom and bath has queen bed with full shower and jacuzzi tub. Entire floor has wall to ceiling views. Master also has side deck . Main floor has a large outside deck with teak tables and gas grill.

Top floor has two enclosed bedrooms, one with two full beds, one with queen. Full bath. Beautiful views from both bedrooms. Additional tv viewing cubby with two twin couches.
