Fantastisches Ferienhaus 75 Meter vom Meer mit atemberaubendem Meerblick von jedem Zimmer und die große Wrap-around-Decks. Größere Renovierungen fertig in der Saison 2015. Renovierungen umfassen das Hinzufügen einen Aufzug, eine neue und vergrößerte Gourmet-Küche mit allen neuen High-End (Monagram) Anlagen, neue Grillen im Freien Station mit einem 42 'Berufs Lynx Grill, komplett renovierte Badezimmer, behindertenfreundliche Verbesserungen und vieles mehr!

Das Hotel liegt im exklusiven Loveladies Immobilienbereich von Long Beach Island. Sechs Zimmer, darunter zwei Meister mit eigenem Bad und eine Königin und drei Doppelzimmer und zwei weitere Badezimmer mit WC sowie eine Gästetoilette. Alle Zimmer sind geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Keine Etagenbetten Ausziehbetten oder andere solche Dinge platzsparende Techniken. Niemand in unserem Hause fühlen sie wurden mit einem kleinen oder dunklen Schlafzimmer auf ihren Urlaub stecken

We had a great time staying here! The place was roomy and comfortable, check in was super easy. The best part of course is the view from the upper living room! It was bright and you could see the ocean. The beach is only steps away. Kitchen was big and beautiful. Host was easy to contact.

Our multi-generation family has been coming to LBI for years, and this was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. The home is spacious and comfortable, with excellent views of the ocean and several great outdoor spaces. The kitchen and entire house was extremely well stocked which made it easy for everyone to feel at home.The owner was very communicative, kind, and easy to work with, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.The location was great, just steps to the beach in a quiet, peaceful area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway.

Many of our guests are “multi-generation” families and we designed our home to accommodate their needs including two living rooms, a full-sized passenger elevator, six spacious bedrooms and an easy short walk to the beach (just “steps away”). Families can all gather together to enjoy a meal around our over-sized dining room table or some can escape to a nice quiet spot.

These guests like many of our guests keep coming back. In this case, they come for family gatherings for off-season weekends. We find many people enjoy using our home home to gather the family or have a weekend get a way. Our rates during the off-season can make it a great alternative to booking several rooms in a hotel. And, you get so much more space in our home.

Great LBI House

We rented this house for a three generation family vacation, and it was everything we’d hoped for - fabulous location only two minutes to the beach; in a great area of LBI; house was very comfortable and had fabulous outdoor space which we used regularly; etc. Couldn’t have been better.

We have many multi-generation families that stay in our home. Often “grandma and grandpa” appreciate the elevator we have. Plus, many parents comment on how much room we have for everyone to spread out or come together for a family meal or gathering in one of our large common spaces. Our proximity to the beach (and very close to the lifeguard station) is another big plus for families.

My family completely enjoys our annual stay on LBI at this fabulous home.

This home is perfect for larger families that need space to spread out. Awesome amenities and proximity to the beach. We have been renters for many years here and enjoy a great relationship with the owner. We are huge fans!

We thank these guests for spending so many of their vacations in our home. They have already signed up again for 2019! Many of our guests comment on how spacious our home is. You won’t find any bunk beds, trundle beds or other “tricks” to pack more people into a home. We want to make sure everyone is comfortable and, to quote this guest, has “space to spread out”. Many of the families, particularly those with small children, appreciate our proximity to the beach.

Perfect getaway

My family (parents, siblings, aunt, uncle, cousins) were in town for a wedding and this house provided the perfect home base. It is a fantastic house to hang and the location was phenomenal. Loved the experience, we looked online to book next summer but already booked, our loss. Great place.

Well stocked, great location

The most well-stocked vacation rental home ever. It has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and throughout the house. Great home for large family vacations and the location is outstanding. The property owner is very friendly and provided a great, simple check-in experience. I highly recommend this property!

We try very hard to make sure our home is “well-stocked” as this guest noted. We know how frustrating it can be to rent a home and not have enough dishes, glasses, pots and pans or merely long for a juice squeezer! Our home sleeps 12 and that requires a lot of supplies so you are not running out of things. We also have two dishwashers to minimize the time you have to spend on your vacation doing the dishes! We appreciate this guest recommending our home.

Great place for a reunion

College reunion for a group of woman that had not seen each other in years. It was the perfect place with lots of bedrooms and places to gather and talk. I would guess it’s great for multiple families as well.

Happy Memories

This home has become a favorite spot for 3 generations of our family to gather together and celebrate special occasions. The home is beautiful and the location is superb and we can't say enough positive things about the owner who is totally responsive.

These guests, like so many of our guests, have already returned several times to vacation in our home. We have happily hosted numerous special occasion celebrations like this one. Our spacious home tends to work very well for multi-generational families. We appreciate all the kind words from this guest.

We love this property for our annual family weekend. We missed last year due to the pandemic. It was wonderful to resume it this year at this great home.

We just returned from our annual February trip to this wonderful home celebrating a number of February birthdays. The home was, as it always is, beautifully maintained. The entire family looks forward to this weekend each year.

We are so glad these guests return year after year; as do so many of our guests. We have hosted many birthday celebrations in our home. We find many people enjoy spending a weekend or long weekend in our home during off-season and look forward to these guests returning again next year.
