Fantastic Time and Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Schooner Place. The ocean view was so nice to enjoy both day and night, and having the beach and pools right there was so convenient. We love the Splash restaurant and bar. The food, drinks and staff were all fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Get Away

The concierge Melissa was extraordinary. Beds were perfect, condo was beautiful and the view was even better. Close to the elevator, pool access gate and grilling area. Loved having the bedrooms separate from shared spaces. We would absolutely stay again.

The view of the beach and ocean were amazing! Condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stalked. There is not an oven but large toaster oven. One cook top burner was not working but 3 others did the job. Melissa, the concierge, was prompt and helpful with door issues and restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay!

We love the two story condo with ocean views and a ocean view balcony. Everything was very clean. Only negative is that we got to the resort early to try enjoy the beach before we could check in to our unit but we couldn’t access the beach without the wrist bands that were in the unit. This is probably a resort wide rule not specific to the unit but still not ideal. Overall, we would stay again!

Beach Vaca 2025

It was clean, except for all the vent returns - very dirty! Also, there were closet doors and pantry door off their hinges and just set there. The master bed smelled of cigarette smoke and there was a dog bed in the master closet—this property is supposed to be pet and smoke free. The property grounds are very tired. When we arrived the elevators didn’t work and this unit is on the 3rd floor (actually 4 flights of stairs). It was repaired on our 3rd day. That’s a lot of carrying luggage, beach items, groceries, etc up 4 flights! Very disappointing.

We are so sorry about the elevator issues, they have been fixed. As for the dog, the owners have a pet, and their pets are allowed, just no tenant pets.

Lovely space at the beach

We enjoyed the condo space. It was very comfortable, spacious and had an amazing view. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the beds were relatively comfortable. Also the space was aesthetically pleasing. The couch was comfortable. The eating space had plenty of chairs (maybe more than needed) and we loved the bedroom layouts. Plenty of space. We didn't use the pull out sofa so can't comment on that. Upon arrival I was a little concerned that we could not find the condo (the place is a little sprawling) but once we found it, we were able to park closeby and a stairwell was nearby too. The condos are situated so as many as possible have a view/balcony so that makes it a little more spread out to walk through the complex, but I think the payoff of more privacy and more views is worth it. The food at the onsite restaurant was quite tasty, not too expensive and very convenient. The staff were really nice and, again, we ate there for two dinners and tried different things. There wasn't an item we didn't like. The beach was right there - it as very beautiful - and the pools were amazing. My nephews (who stayed in another condo in the same complex) and son/daughter loved the hot tubs too. We enjoyed it all. We would stay again, highly recommend!
