As you know you where having connectivity issues because of VRBO giving me an error message and wasn't delivering messages,you where texted and checked in asap,out of my control,this happened to other guests the same day,fortunately no one penalized me for the check inb but I see you left four stars for check in,sorry,I don't control VRBO. We are undergoing a full renovation. As you know, there was no noise. The work is on the outside of the building. Many buildings are undergoing renovations in all areas, as the insurance companies didn't pay enough to fix them, so we had to do it ourselves.huge assessments passed on to the owners. This is not a five star resort it's a beautiful area in a fishing town which is becoming a huge destination for those ,like you who appreciate our natural beauty and amazing location, once completed,this building will be a gorgeous building, I thank all my guests who understand the nature of living in a hurricane prone Islandand still love us even when we are in the process of making our building beautiful.
