Welcome to Maui Vista 3403, your perfect island retreat on the beautiful shores of Maui. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, making it an ideal choice for families, couples, or friends traveling together. As you step into the condo, you'll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living area that seamlessly blends comfort and style. The living room has a window AC, providing a cool and comfortable space to unwind after a day of adventure. The full size sofa bed offers additional sleeping options, while large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine at sunset, the lanai is a favorite spot to enjoy Maui's outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring all the appliances and tools you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The adjacent dining area offers a lovely space to share meals and plan your next day's activities. The downstairs bedroom has a California king-size bed and a portable A/C for your comfort. This bedroom is conveniently located next to a hallway bathroom, which includes a bathtub/shower combo—perfect for soaking after a long day of exploring the island. Upstairs, you'll find the charming loft-style second bedroom. This bright space features two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends sharing a room. The loft also boasts a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Resort Improvements-Updated 7/31/26: Building 3 Exterior Painting Project, starting 8/3/26 and it is estimated 3 months to complete. Week one will be lanai power washing. On 8/10/26 painting will begin on the 20, 21 and 22 stacks on the parking lot side. They estimate 3 days to complete 3 stacks. Based upon this estimated schedule unit 3115 would be painted 8/18-8/20/26 and unit 3403 would be painted 8/18-8/20/26 (schedule subject to change depending on unforeseen circumstances. Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri.

Should you choose to stay within the resort, you'll have access to three refreshing pools, tennis courts, and professional gas BBQs, ensuring you never miss out on the amenities. Each building offers a pool and tennis courts. The resort itself spans a spacious 8.8 acres and offers ample complimentary parking.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
