I just want to clarify that the guests comment about the travel distance relates to a therapy camp they were taking their children to, not the nearby popular tourist attractions such as Disney World, Universal and Sea World.

I would respectfully suggest potential guests view my other reviews rather than solely judge my property by this guests comments, which are vastly different from other previous guests complementary comments. I think he has exaggerated his opinion because he suffered unusually cold weather during his 7 days and could not get the massive discount claimed for the lesser number of valid issues he had. No complaint was made about the small ants, which are a common problem in Florida, particularly if food is left out. Had he mentioned this extra pest control, beyond the regular pest control already in place, would have been arranged. The many kitchen pots and pans supplied are modern and kept clean, as is all bed linen. Eagle Pointe is a very popular vacation rental estate and not as this guest portrays it.
