3076 Seascape is fully renovated, three level vacation rental in Forest Beach with plenty of space for your travel companions. The property has all new furnishings, LVP flooring throughout and multiple deck spaces overlooking the Seascape Community Pool.

The elevated main level features an open concept floor plan including a comfortable living space with a Smart TV and access to a balcony through sliding doors. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters and all you'll need to dine in. The dining area seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. The open-concept floor plan makes conversing with your guests a breeze!

All four bedrooms are spread out between two levels, allowing for extra privacy. The second level features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a bunk room with four twins. There is also a bathroom on the second level with a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs, and the queen room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool and lush grounds.

The third level has two additional bedrooms. The first room is the primary suite with a king size bed, Smart TV, private balcony and an lovely on-suite with a tub/shower combo. The unique bonus bedroom has a full size bed and a Smart TV.

Guests of Seascape have access to two community pools, as well as private restrooms at the beach. The Forest Beach area is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering wide variety bars, restaurants, gift shops and grocery stores, all of which are a short walk from Seascape. Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach Park, The Beach Market and the Coligny Theatre are within biking distance. All of this is situated within the natural beauty that is Hilton Head and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
