Located near shopping centers and dining options, this apartment offers easy access to a yoga studio and a 6-mile jogging trail. Walk to Costco, Aldi, Publix, Westchase Golf Club, Citrus Park Mall, coffee shop and local restaurants. The property is near the Veterans Expressway, providing a quick 10-20 minute drive to the Airport and easy access to Downtown, Ben T. Davis Beach, Raymond James Stadium, and Clearwater Beach.

Our apartment is located in a vibrant and professional neighborhood in Tampa. You'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance, perfect for after-work dining and relaxation. The area is known for its convenient access to business centers and corporate offices. Enjoy easy access to local amenities and entertainment venues, ensuring a balanced lifestyle during your stay.
This property is equipped with a smart lock/keypad system, ensuring secure and convenient entry at any time during your stay. Guests will initially receive a link to complete all pre-arrival forms and rental agreements. Once these are finalized, we’ll send a separate communication with a personalized access code for the apartment.
This thoughtfully designed apartment offers three spacious bedrooms, perfect for working professionals or families. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 65-inch TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom also boasts a king-size bed and a 65-inch TV, while the third bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed with a 55-inch TV. The second and third bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom located conveniently in the hallway.
The living area is crafted for relaxation, featuring a beige couch and a yellow chair that convert into futon beds for extra guests. A fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and a dedicated work desk makes remote work easy. For your convenience, trash pickup is available right outside the apartment.
Please note, this unit is located on the Third Floor, and ONLY access is via stairs as the building does not have an elevator.
Guests can enjoy full access to the building's comprehensive amenities, including a swimming pool, kids park, a state-of-the-art gym, a business center, and a barbecue grill. The community/swimming pool area features game activities such as a large Connect 4, Cornhole, a pool table, and a ping pong table. The apartment is also conveniently located near various shopping centers and dining options. Start your day with yoga or a cup of coffee at Blind Tiger Cafe, and explore local favorites like Irish 31, World of Beer, Protein Monkey, De Salon Spa, Marcos Pizza, and West Park Village YMCA. Guests are required to upload a valid ID through the pre-arrival form to verify their identity.
