Casa Tigre has 18-bedrooms and 15.5 bathrooms. This private villa consists of 3 levels with the social area on the ground floor. The spacious living area includes a pool table and large kitchen and the rear of the house hosts a private pool and outdoor shower. All 18 bedrooms are equipped with mini split air conditioners, bedroom sets and artwork. Most rooms have a private bathroom and a few share a jack and jill bathroom.

Your private villa is Located on the South end of Jaco Beach just a 5 minute walk to the ocean, this house was built with one goal in mind and that is to rent to large groups. There is a high demand and small supply of homes with many bedrooms to capture the business of corporate events, weddings and bachelor parties.

Casa Dulce – is located directly next door to Casa Dulce Grande and has a total of 9-bedrooms with 15-beds plus a private oceanfront swimming pool and a 2nd-floor balcony overlooking the ocean.

Casa Dulce Sol – just 50m from the beach, located behind Casa Dulce Grande and is accessible from the road. Upon entering a gated area Casa Dulce Sol is a 13 bedroom, 15 bed private home on the second floor of the 2-story building, featuring a pool table & private pool. The first floor is another private home with their own private entrance -- Casa Dulce Luna.

Casa Dulce Luna – also only 50m from the beach is the private home on the first floor of the 2-story building. This home has 5 bedrooms and 9 beds with a small pool and outdoor lounge area.
