Sehr modern, neu 3 BR / 3. 5 BA Oceanfront Eigentumswohnung mit vollem Panoramablick auf das Meer. Es verfügt über 3 separate Balkone, eines davon in jedem Schlafzimmer. Der umlaufende Hauptbalkon ist direkt auf den Sonnenuntergang und das Meer ausgerichtet. Sie könnten buchstäblich einen Golfball vom Balkon in den Ozean schlagen. Kostenloses WLAN, natürlich.

Die Möbel sind alle sehr hochwertig mit weißen Ledersofas, Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Top-of-the-Line-Geräte, alle mit Blick auf den Ozean in einem Ganzglas-Wohnzimmer. Die Wände, die die gesamte Ecke des Wohn- / Esszimmers bilden, sind Glas mit 4 großen Glasschiebetüren, die zum Meer hin offen sind.

Der Pool ist direkt vor der Wohnung, Balkon ist darüber, Wasserfall, etc. und man läuft direkt an den Strand, unter dem Palmenhain.

An den Abenden immer mit einem Sonnenuntergang, essen wir draußen zu Abend und beobachten Surfer mit einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon. Wir lieben es da unten. Das wirst du auch.

Bequem und sicher: Das Anwesen liegt direkt am Strand ... mit Blick auf den Ozean und nur einen Block von der Hauptstraße im Zentrum von Jaco ... also alle Restaurants, Geschäfte und Aktivitäten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Management vor Ort ist jeden Tag da und die Sicherheitsleute sind 24/7 anwesend.

Das Management kann helfen, eine beliebige Anzahl von Aktivitäten in der Gegend mit Leichtigkeit zu arrangieren.

Nice Peaceful Property

Stayed at Diamonte del Sol "Manhatten" condo and it was very nice. Accomodation was clean and as depicted in the pictures. Very spacious and open. Master bed was a little more firm than we like. Million dollar views of the ocean with the surrounding balconies and big bay windows. Security in and around the complex is very attentive, which made us extremely comfortable during our stay. Easy access to the ocean as well as the shops and restaurants in the Jacó area. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves crash. VRBO host and condo property manager were all responsive to any questions we had. Overall great place to enjoy a nice and relaxing vacation.

Costa Rica

Our stay was perfect, our penthouse was as per pictures with a million dollar view. We sat on our balcony and watched the surfing competition and the next week enjoyed watching the locals tent on the beach and enjoy their Easter holiday. Felt comfortable walking Jaco Beach and the town. There are any restaurants to choose from.everyone very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to go to Jaco, Costa Rica again.

Great place to stay in Jaco

If you’re staying in Jaco, I recommend staying at this condo. It is very clean, well stocked, and has beautiful views. Pool was also very nice and clean. There is security so we felt safe. The condo is located on beach and we could walk to the nearby restaurants and shops. We didn’t hang out at the beach because there was debris from the recent storm so we stayed at the pool most of the time. Overall, really nice place and owner/property manager provided good recommendations for activities.

From the time we entered until we left 2 weeks later, tranquility, peacefulness, beauty and beach life was our daily routine. Words cannot explain the views and serenity. The management company and owner responded promptly with every question and inquiry we had. The owner said he was going to be doing a few furniture updates. We are already planning on booking again in early 2026. A must stay right in the heart of Jayco directly on the beach!We used Jaco Fresh to deliver groceries to condo same day as arrival.We recommend Denis, a local chef to come into unit and make a meal for you.

Highly Recommended Property!

We stayed at this property during our first visit to Costa Rico and it is one of the reasons why it won't be our last visit. The property was in a great location, within a 2 minute walk to the main strip with restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. and the people in the community were friendly. Beautiful views of the beach from most rooms. The condo was very spacious, so we didn't feel like our family of 4 was on top of each other. The pool was nicer than expected after looking at the pictures. We felt safe because the guards kept tight control on who entered the property. The host and property manager were very responsive and helpful. We booked excursions through the property manager and were picked up right outside the gate, which was very convenient. This property is highly recommended!

I can't wait to go back!

My stay in Jaco Beach was more than expected. The images of the condo on the website doesn’t do it justice. When I first entered, I was very impressed with how clean and well-kept everything was. It had one of the best views overlooking the beach. All the stores, clubs and restaurants were close and in walking distance. I consider the time spent there to be up there on the best vacation taken so far.

Nice stay in Jaco, birthday celebration

Beautiful condo and property. Condo needs a little freshening up, but overall very nice. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable, but OK. Small leak under kitchen sink needs a fix. Claudia at Delluz Paradise vacation rentals was excellent at arranging activities and recommending restaurants. Overall pleased with our stay and would book here again.

1st timers to Jaco & we'll be back!

This condo has GREAT views, a beautifully landscaped exterior and a gorgeous interior! We found ourselves waking up much earlier than normal just to sit out on the front desk to watch the sunrise and made sure we were there for the beautiful sunsets too! From reservation to check-in and check-out, the owner and management company were very informative and provided great directions. Diamante Del Sol in Jaco, Costa Rica (Unit 703S) is a great condo to stay in! We'll be back!

Best place to stay in Jaco!

This condo was fabulous! It was just as the pictures depicted the view was $1 million panoramic view. Absolutely loved it. Condo was fantastic Manhattan style very clean. Pool was super clean and abundance of chairs and shade and sun. Quiet and easy access. We super enjoyed the fact that you could just walk a block and be right in town and eat wherever you wanted. You really don’t need a car to stay here. Did several excursions and they all picked us up at the front gate. Love the place and would love to go back.

Jaco condo

We had an amazing time in Jaco. The condo was as described, the location perfect and the pool was amazing. Easy walk to the main street in town, grocery, shopping and restaurants. We watched the sunset every evening from the balcony and saw a lovely pair of scarlet macaws fly by several times throughout our stay. If you are interested in excursions, I would recommend letting the Delluz office do that for you. It was much easier than booking it myself and they also arranged the transportation. We would definitely stay here again and hope to be back.

Great location in Jaco

Our 2nd stay at Diamanté del Sol. Great location, right on the beach and easy walk into town for shopping and restaurants. Condo is on the 7th floor with great views. Plenty of sleeping space for 6 people but could use additional seating in the living area. We were not able to watch any streaming services on the tv. Could use a few minor fixes (closet doors don’t slide easily). Management company was extremely responsive. Would stay here again.

This is the Perfect spot for your Jaco getaway

The location of this apartment was fantastic. You can walk down block and there's a small supermarket, pharmacy, great resturant (Amara), coffee shop. Very safe apartment building with 24hr security. The photos you see don't do this place justice. Everything was spot on, very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. The balconies are the star of this place. We spent hours just relaxing taking in the views of the ocean and listen to the waves. If you are the adventurous type there is plenty to do in the area. The resturants we visited were great (Lemongrass, El hacio and the poolside restaurant at Croc's casino for lunch). We had no issues at the property at all.. Highly recommend !!!

The Best

From the time I went online picked the condo and started speaking to the owner Terrell I knew this was going to be a great trip. We set up everything with daystar which was great; They provided transportation from the airport to Jaco which was a nice ride. Tati and front office manager were to nice. The security guards taught me Spanish and were super friendly with great advice on where to eat. Now the condo was dope, 3 bedroom with the best views you will see in Jaco. Large kitchen with long hallways. I honestly can not wait to go back to Jaco. Walking distance to everything. All night clubs are fun.

View is Fantastic

This condo is huge, with a large living area and balconies off each bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have ocean views, the third is facing east, so not as good, but looks out to the hills, which is also pretty. Claudia was super helpful and VERY responsive. The property has 24 hour security and it's spot right on the beach is just amazing. Some minor things in the unit need attention, they are tired/old, but nothing that changed our stay, just more nuisances. The twin bedroom mattresses were hard and not very comfortable for my teenage son. We would stay here again for sure, the location can't be beat, given you can walk to town very easily.

Phenomenal Views, but property needs work

Property photographs well but in reality needs some maintenance, paint, and overall improved upkeep. Games missing pieces, 4 year old magazines, loose kitchen faucet, dishwasher leaked, lots of caulking needed, primary bath counter/cabinet is sinking in the middle, slow sink drain. Neighborhood is safe and gated. For the price paid, it’s worth the money for the view alone. Sunsets are amazing from the main balcony. 3 balconies with ocean views, but 1 of them is unusable because not one piece of furniture is on it. The wifi needs an extender to reach 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Mattresses are worn out, and springs can be felt. Lamps are loose and have shortages. Basic supplies lacking to support 6 people for a week stay. Located on one end of the strip so you can walk to most things within .5 miles.

Beautiful view, centrally located

Beautiful condo. Communications with owner/management were great. The guard shack guys are always on post. Always looking out for the property and always friendly and welcoming. They do not speak english though. Fair warning. Google translate helped. As far as the condo it is Beautiful and clean. Perfect for our needs. I had trouble with the safe but they came right up and fixed it. (Low battery). The area is easily accessible for groceries/ pharmacy and casual eating in restaurants. Felt very comfortable walking around in the daytime but no so much at night. The area is a "nightlife" area but not just for dancing and music if you understand. Lol. However, the guards are always on post and we felt VERY safe on the property itself. The view is beautiful. The locals were very nice to us. Only thing I can suggest regarding the property is that I wish it was non smoking. Every time I sat on the gorgeous porch, cigarette (& some recreational cigarette) smoke would eventually start up...drift up and in my airspace to the point where we would go inside or shut the doors. All in all..beautiful space & property. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

My wife and I live in Vail, CO and have two small children. We both work at the hospital there and love to take the kids to Costa Rica to get away from the snowy mountains. The unit is very easy with little people as the pool and beach are right there. You can walk to all the restaurants, shopping, activities, etc.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We have been to Costa Rica 8-10 times and it is a safe, kind country. The population is educated and we find the country interesting and fun. Very little crime, especially against visiting Americans, as we indirectly protect them; they have no military and we have many Marine bases there. The country looks like Hawaii without all the 'rules' of the US and is much less expensive and FAR more interesting. It is by no means third world anymore.
