It's also just across the bridge from downtown, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker, Lady Bird Lake, & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Walking on South Congress you'll find a variety of eateries, cool thrift stores, Austin classic dive bars, and live music venues.

If you arrive with a car, you will be happy to know that there are two free parking spots on the property in the parking garage. The apartments are located in a prime walkable area right off South Congress. You are close to all the shops and restaurants there, or only a 10 min walk from downtown across the bridge. If you don't want to drive or walk during the stay, there are many accessible transportation options close to our home.

This listing consists of two apartments that are right next to each other.



If you are bringing a pet, the pet fee varies based on length of stay (will be requested after booking through the resolution center). You may find the fees in the house rules.



The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out. In case you or anyone in your travel group is sensitive to cleaning products or cleaning smells, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you with the cleaning process from our team.



We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own, keeping it in great condition for future guests and your return visits. Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am. Being in Texas, occasional small insects may enter despite professional pest control. For your convenience, complimentary valet trash service is available throughout your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
