Es ist nur 5 Blocks von allen UT-Stadien oder einem sehr kurzen Uber / Bird Scooter zu allen Bars / Restaurants und Musik- / Kongresszentren von Downtown Austin entfernt.

Beim Bau dieses Anwesens wurde nichts verschont, von der Küche der Gourmetköche über die Wohnräume mit 100% Sucupira-Boden bis hin zu Designer-Bädern. Franklins Grill ist nur wenige Schritte von der Haustür entfernt und wurde zum besten Grill der Nation gewählt. We had a great 9-person bachelor party stay at Capital Villa and would absolutely consider coming back. The house is spacious, clean, and very well set up for larger groups, with plenty of room to spread out while still feeling comfortable and connected. The location was great: close enough to downtown and Austin hotspots to make getting around easy, but still in a quieter neighborhood setting. Walking to Franklin BBQ was amazing, as well as to Arbor Food Truck Park, Nickel City and Radio for coffee.The outdoor space was a big highlight for our group, especially the pool/spa area and overall backyard setup. The house was also well stocked and thoughtfully designed for entertaining and group stays.Communication with Brendan was smooth throughout the process, and check-in/check-out was straightforward.Overall, a really enjoyable Austin stay and a great option for groups visiting the city.

The house is great -- perfect layout and lots of space for everyone and excellent location. And Brendan was always available for questions with immediately kind and helpful replies and solutions. Very impressive!! The pool was less inviting than pictured as it had a cleaning device floating in it and the hot tub was only hot if we planned several hours in advance. But overall, I highly recommend the house and yard and lovely central neighborhood. This was a perfect place to host our family for a wedding weekend!

Comfortable Convenience in Austin

If you have a larger group looking to stay in Austin, I couldn't recommend this house more! The location is exceptional between easy highway access, easy downtown travel and walkability. The house itself is kept ideally, and all rooms & common spaces were comfortable and well suited for our group of 13. Thank you to Brendan & Aurora for a great host for our celebration!

Great place, great location!

We had a wonderful stay. Brendan and Aurora were fantastic hosts and available for anything we needed. We attended that SXSW EDU conference so it was an easy Uber to the convention center, but a nice ways a way from the bustle of downtown. Lots of great food and coffee walkable from the house. Highly recommend!

Location and Space. We chose this lot because it was twice the size as a normal downtown city lot. It is close to it all with luxury and ambience that exceeds all expectations. Walk to UT baseball, Football, soccer and Basketball Games. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. approx 1/2 a mile to famous 6th street. close to Zilker park for Austin City limits festival and close to Circuit of the Americas for all racing enthusiasts.
