Lodgewell operates with a separate reservation agreement that will be provided for digital signature upon booking. A copy is available anytime upon request.

• No parties or events are permitted with standard nightly reservations. Please inquire in advance for any gatherings or events.

• Primary guest must be 25 years or older.

• Located directly on 6th Street, the home sits in the center of Austin’s nightlife. You will hear music and activity late into the night — this is part of the experience.

• This is a 160-year-old historic home. It offers character, uniqueness, and architectural detail, rather than a brand-new or pristine environment.

• The indoor pool is heated for comfort, though it is not a hot tub.
