The Rockwood area contains the best of both worlds: quiet, tree-lined streets to wander or jog just a quick ride to some of the perennially best restaurants Durham has to offer: Brunch at Foster's Market, lunch at the Saltbox, date night at Nana's, or pick up a bottle for home at Wine Authorities.

You will have the whole house all to yourselves, including the gorgeous yard and off-street parking for up to 3 cars.

The first floor boasts generous gathering spaces, comfy seating and a well appointed kitchen. The cozy den is the perfect family gathering space to play games, watch games, or settle around the working fire place.
The sunny living room includes a bright desk area for daytime, and a classic drinks cart for when you clock out.
Between the eat-in kitchen and formal dining room, you'll get to choose how to share your meals - and have plenty more places to spread out to work.
The back deck includes a grill overlooking the gorgeous yard full of native plantings. If you're lucky enough to travel during azalea season, you won't be disappointed!
Upstairs, you'll get to choose between 3 spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized tempurpedic dual-adjustable bed - you'll rest in the lap of luxury!
The additional bedrooms hold queen beds and copious closet space.
You'll also find the washer/dryer on the second floor.

You'll have parking for 3 cars comfortably in the driveway, and street parking is free (just be courteous of the neighbors driveways!)

* There is not smoking or vaping of any products on the property.
* Dogs only are permitted, and up to 2.
* Reservations of over 29 days are subject to additional fees. These are dependent upon length of reservation, and will be discussed when an inquiry or booking is made.

As part of the reservation you will agree that: "I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation."
