✹ PETS: Pets are welcome with host approval. We have a dog bed and food bowls for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:

✹ We typically only rent for periods of 30 days or longer, although sometimes we`ll allow shorter stays. Just send us a message to ask if you`re interested! Since we have almost 100% occupancy, we ask that when you book, you don`t leave any gaps of less than 30 days before or after your reservation and the start or end of the previous or next reservation.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ Please note there are some external cameras around the home. This includes a Ring doorbell on the front door, a Ring camera on top of the garage facing the street, and one on the patio facing outwards towards the grassy area. They record audio and video when there is motion but can be accessed at any time.

✹ A rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.

✹ Please make sure to read house rules before booking.

✹ A temporary hold of $500 will be placed on your card as a damage deposit prior to departure.

✹ Refunds subject to 3% credit card processing fee, which is not refunded to us upon cancellation.
