The living area opens from a mirrored vestibule into a generous, mid-century inspired setting with city and canopy views. A dining area with seating for four connects seamlessly to the kitchen, making it easy to share meals, spread out with a laptop, or unwind at the end of the day.
Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and ample clothing storage, with access to the full bathroom. A second bedroom - often described as a “treehouse” space - includes a single daybed and built-in desk overlooking the pool and surrounding trees, offering a quiet corner for rest or focused work. The home sleeps four comfortably while maintaining a sense of separation between living and sleeping areas.
Kitchen & everyday comfort
The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, supported by a dining table and bar-style seating nearby. Heating and air conditioning keep the space comfortable throughout Atlanta’s changing seasons, while WiFi and a dedicated workspace support longer stays or remote work. HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
WASHER AND DRYER: is on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Each reservation comes with one assigned space
TRASH: Trash can be disposed in the closet to the right of the elevator.
COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE: the building is undergoing maintenance from a recent fire. You will encounter fans and repairs in the common area. The unit itself was not affected by the fire.
