Seamless Check-In

Sleeping arrangements
The condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across two bedrooms, each thoughtfully arranged for rest and privacy. A king bed and a queen bed provide comfortable sleeping spaces, with TVs available for relaxed evenings in. One bathroom is cleanly designed and stocked with essentials for your stay, and the in-unit washer and dryer add convenience, especially for longer visits.

Living space & work
The living area balances relaxation and functionality, with dimmable lighting that lets you shift the atmosphere throughout the day. Whether you’re watching TV, reading, or catching up on work, the dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected. Heating and air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round.

Additional amenities include TV with standard cable, clothing storage, iron, and long term stays allowed. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost.

Convenient surface parking is available right next to the building, and a parking deck is just a block away. Please note that parking fees are not included and are paid separately.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the kitchen. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
