Summary:
This condo includes the "HH Island Rentals Advantage" which provides four beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and a new set of salt, pepper, cooking spray and seasoning salt. This gorgeous villa in the heart of Hilton Head is your home away from home. Come and relax in our spacious open concept 3 Bed/3 Bath condo in Ocean Breeze. Oceanbreeze Villas offers 3 pools, an onsite tennis court along with natural landscaping and lagoon views.

The Space:
This unit has a recent renovation of two bathrooms and is ready for your visit. The beautiful 2 story villa has plenty of space to relax and unwind. The downstairs Queen bedroom has a private full bath. Upstairs has a private King bedroom with its own full bath. The 3rd bedroom has one full and one twin bed with its own private full bath. All bedrooms have HD flatscreen TVs for your enjoyment along with WiFi are all included.

The second floor offers a full washer and dryer for your convenience. The villa also comes with beach chairs and cart and a variety of beach toys.

The Villa is just a 8-9 minute walk to one of Hilton Head Island's finest beaches on South Forest beach.

No need to worry about parking or even using your car while staying at this perfect location on your next vacation. The unit offers 2 spaces and parking right outside the front door. T his is a pet friendly condo $195/per pet, dogs only and must be under 50lbs...2 Dogs Max.

The Villa is location is about 1 mile from Coligny Plaza which has wonderful shops, restaurants and cafes. Coligny Beach has changing facilities, dancing waters for the kids and easy access to the beach connected by the many bike trails on the Island.

Ocean Breeze has three pools on-site, one just across the parking lot from our unit as well as tennis courts on site, all of which are complimentary during your stay.

For the golfer, HHI offers many courses including Sea Pines just a short drive away.

Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday during prime Summer season.

Check-In is 4PM Check-Out is 10:00AM The Pet Fee is $195 and weight limit for dogs need to be under 50 lbs.

Pools are open from April 1 through September 30th and are not heated.

Great place!

This unit was great for a couple friends to get away for Memorial Day Weekend! The unit was close to coligny making it easy to go to the beach, shops, or out to eat. We will definitely consider this in the future!

Great location

Exactly as described great location, only complaints master bed extremely uncomfortable had to buy bed topper & tv’s had security settings where the boys couldn’t hook up their games systems. But overall great place & would stay again.

Hi Kelly, thank you for your review and rating. As for the master bedroom bed, it is a sleep number bed and the remote control provides each person the level of comfort they desire. I apologize if you were not aware of that. We will make sure our guests know that the bed is adjustable and that you can provide your own level of comfort with just one touch.

The townhouse-style condo was very comfortable. If you are short, the kitchen has some tall cabinets, but we bought an inexpensive step stool that worked fine. The location is convenient. Dog friendly. Would come back

Nice upgrades, but more is needed

The check in process was A plus with log in codes and parking passes. Air conditioning was spot cold and hot. Living room was perfect while bedrooms were much warmer. Beds were too firm and made it hard to get a full night of sleep.

Poor furniture

Room for 6 or more to sleep but no place to sit. Cramped social area. Cramped dining/ game area. Would not rent again. Unit was very clean, plenty of dinner ware. Nice TV’s, everything worked.

Large Property But Not Clean

The property is very large and we all had plenty of space during our stay. Check-in was super easy and the location was great! As mentioned in other comments, the cleanliness of this place was not great. The floors were really gross and overall it looked like the place had been spot cleaned at most. We had to open all the windows to air out how weird it smelled - maybe it had sat empty for a while?

Wonderful Time

We really enjoyed the property overall. A couple of things to consider-only because my 68 year old aunt with limited mobility was with us. We had her stay in the main level bedroom which was perfect. However, having only one remote for the entire property to change the channels was a little annoying for her. Also, there is no air circulation and got really hot in there. Also, the distance to the beach is a little over .5 mile. For an older adult, it is definitely further than 8 minutes. Also, the dryer did not heat enough to dry the clothes. I had to run it 5 times. The furnishings in the unit are wonderful. We didn't have room in our car for 2 brand new boogie boards and left them on the porch for someone else to enjoy. We don't eat out and enjoyed having enough cooking supplies to make is simple. The location is convenient to coligny plaza.

Perfect for Taking Mom

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for bringing my mom. She took the downstairs bedroom with a private bath. The kids, my husband, and I stayed upstairs and each bedroom had its own bathroom and TV. Loved that!!! The community has recently been painted and looks fresh and new. The whole family liked the place. We definitely would stay there again.

Hilton Head Condo - Great location

Our family spent a week at this property and had an awesome vacation including our fur baby. I would reccommed this property, however there is room for improvement in cleanliness. Pros : Great location, lots of space, very quiet condo/townhouse ( had neighbors on boths sides and never heard anything), pet friendly , approximately 10 minute easy walk to the beach, very easy check in process, one of the pools at the complex was less than a 30 second walk from the front door of the condo/townhouse. Cons- parking is very tight and spaces are limited (although you get " two spaces", we had to park a couple of buildings away when we got back from dinner some nights ). Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness in parts of the condo. When we arrived, there was grease on stove top and oven that had to be cleaned. The bathrooms were cleaned OK, however the shower curtains in the two upstairs bathrooms were nasty, smelled terrible and covered in mold and mildew. Found jeans left in downstairs bedroom closet - I assume left by previous renters. Chair in living room had to vacumned as it was covered in crumbs. While I realize these were overall minor cleaning issues( we took care of them ourselves), I would definitely recommend checking behind the cleaning service that is currently being used. With the cleaning fee that is added to the cost of this rental, I would expect these issues such as wiping down a stove and changing out shower curtains not to be overlooked.

good location, amenities and cleanliness to be desired

My family of 5 stayed at the unit and it is in a good location, a short 10 minute (or less) walk to the beach. The complex the unit is in is nice, with 3 pools to choose from and all a short walk from pretty much anywhere in the complex, including a decent sized pool with an 8 foot deep end which my kids loved. My issue with the unit is the general cleanliness and lack of some items. The master bedroom shower is small compared to other units we've stayed in over the last 7 years and the shower curtain was covered in mold/mildew from the lower part down. The kitchen counter had sand on it when we checked in and while the kitchen has some nicely updated appliances, is a tight space with very little cabinet space to utilize for foods purchased as well as counter space. In other units we have rented over the years, beach coolers were provided for use, none to be found here. The unit did have a good wagon for toting items to/from the beach but with 3 small beach chairs, was lacking vs. other units we have rented on previous stays.

Short Thanksgiving getaway.

Very easy to get into the property, it was nice not going to a rental office. Very quaint condo and plenty of room for our family. My only issue was it didn’t feel clean, especially the floors. I understand that it’s an older condo, but when the furniture and floor look and feel worn it makes it feel unclean. Otherwise a nice condo which is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time with our family and would stay there again! Pros -spacious bedrooms & living areas - plenty of paper products (Toilet paper, Paper towels, Garbage bags) - Close to Beach access, Grocery stores, Restaurants -Plenty of Bike rentals & Bike paths - Nice Secluded area tucked back in wooded area of HHI - Plenty of pools & close proximity - Plenty of parking & close to townhome Cons - Need some pans in kitchen - Kitchen small, only 2 peeps could be in it at a time - Bathrooms are small - Parking spaces are tight - Deck should be bigger
