Complex has three pools and on-site tennis court for all your relaxing needs. This villa is about 1 mile to Coligny Plaza with plenty of restaurants and shopping and less than 1 mile to the Sea Pines South Gate home to Harbour Town and the Salty Dog! In this villa you will find 2 bedroom 2 full baths and tastefully furnished through out. The open living room features a sleeper sofa and chairs. There is a 55" LED flat screen SMART TV with digital cable. The large coffee table is perfect for family game night. All of the rooms have ceiling fans to keep everyone comfortable.

Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and inlcudes a Keurig Duo for a fresh pot of coffee or a cup.

Laundry with combo washer and dryer along with iron and ironing board is provided.

We supply secure free high speed wireless internet through out the villa for your use.

The beautifully furnished master bedroom has a King Sized bed, 43 inch Smart HDTV and and private bath.

The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, 39 inch flat screen Smart TV. The guest bathroom is just steps from bedroom.

Our villa has a keyless entry. You will be provided with your own unique key code to access the villa.

The private bug free screened patio includes table with 2 chairs, overlooks a wooded area is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.
