Relax while hanging out on the spacious lakefront screened in porch and watching numerous aquatic birds, turtles and we even have an otter that visits the dock occasionally! You will be impressed by the professional wakeboarders who use our cove as a training ground, trying out their incredible new tricks.

The estate spans over an acre with a generous shoreline. The dock provides a great place from which to fish and nature watch. You can also put your boat in the lake using our private boat ramp and store it in a covered slip in the dock (recommended for 20 ft or less).

The neighborhood is a relaxing place to take walks. We are also located very near Cypress Grove Park, which covers 90 acres. It has a shaded 0.8 mile walk loop, dog parks, soccer fields, basketball courts, playgrounds, a lake viewing dock, picnic tables and many beautiful shade trees. There is also a beautiful one hundred year old mansion on the premises that is frequently rented out for weddings and other events. It is rated 5/5 on TripAdvisor and 4.8/5 on Yelp.

Chefs will delight in the spacious well appointed kitchen that boasts expansive counter space, 2 sinks, a wine cooler, ice machine and large pantry.

Property includes a separate office space and EV Charging station (bring your own Level 2 charging cord for the 220 volt 15-50 NEMA outlet in the carport) There is also a standard 110 volt 15 amp outlet for level 1 charging.
