Escape to our beautiful, spacious home located just 2 blocks from the Empire Polo Grounds, making it the perfect location for guests attending Coachella and Stagecoach! Our 14,300 sq ft lot home is situated within a gated country club resort, offering a secure and private retreat for our guests.
Our single-level home offers the perfect desert escape, featuring 3 bedrooms, each with private access, 2 bathrooms, and the ability to sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. The mid-century style and vaulted plank ceilings throughout the home add a touch of luxury to your stay. Water softening and filtration system feature throughout the home.
The open floor plan and abundance of natural light create a bright and inviting atmosphere that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living spaces. The spacious backyard is an oasis, featuring a private saltwater pool and spa with iSwim solar heating and optional guest paid gas heater heating, putting green, pickle ball net, ping pong table and outdoor BBQ.

- The property is in a private community that also has a community pool, spa, tennis court, gym -- unfortunately, guests do NOT have access to any of these features. These are for homeowners only.
- Guests are welcome to take walks around the community but they cannot walk on golf cart sidewalks throughout the community.

As this house is located within an HOA community, we kindly ask that you are considerate and respectful of noise levels. To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are in effect between 10 pm and 8 am. During this time, we request that noise is kept to a minimum. Please note that any fines resulting from noise complaints will be the responsibility of the guests. Thank you for your cooperation. Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.
{ PRIVATE BACKYARD POOL }
Pool heating available at $60 per day including spa or $35 per day for spa only. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for spa. For longer guest stays there is a one consecutive week minimum for any heating. Booking one week or less requires purchasing all the days.
{ PET POLICY }
One small dog allowed with $150 non-refundable deposit. Please do not allow the dog on any furniture or bedding and ensure to pickup their droppings. Always keep dogs on a leash when walking in the community per HOA rules.
{ MAIL POLICY }
No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
{ HOUSEKEEPING AND LOCAL MANAGEMENT }
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services.
Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr.
Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.
