Begin your day with a plunge in the pool, complete with a centerline, or indulge in relaxation in the spillover spa. Lounge on one of the four poolside chairs or the new circular daybed and take in the sun`s rays, or gather around the natural gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs for a cozy evening. Fire up the standalone propane grill for a barbecue feast and dine at the outdoor table with seating for eight. Make some memories with the kids while playing axe throwing and corn hole. Enjoy your evening under the inviting glow of the party lights. Plus, there`s a convenient dog run area for your furry friend on the side of the house. Your ideal getaway awaits!


Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Please also note that this is a pet-friendly home but there is a pet fee of 100.00 for the first pet and 150.00 for 2 pets and two pets is the maximum allowed.

We are happy to heat the pool for our guests. If you would like to heat the pool during your stay, please let the host know. A charge of $50 per day will be required if you do wish to heat the pool during your stay. There is no additional cost for heating the spa.

The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a side-by-side refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal with extra like a panini maker and air fryer, including marble countertops and bar-height dining with seating for 6. Prepare to share your mixology talents at the bar area, fully stocked with a wide range of glassware including champagne flutes, wine glasses, martini glasses, and a pitcher. You ll find essential tools such as a cocktail shaker, bar spoon, and wine stand to craft your favorite drinks with style. Cheers to a great time! No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

We use smart home technology to improve your experience. This Property has a security camera located on the front doorbell. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringing upon the guests expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund. The Licensee will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any returned money.

1. Noise Level: `Quiet Time` in this city is from 10 PM to 8 AM. Loud parties in the home or on the premises are prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. The registered guest/licensee and their guests and visitors agree there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience to the neighbors. Due to the properties` proximity, using vile or obscene language outdoors is likely to disturb and annoy the neighbors. 2. Parking: Parking is limited to the garage, driveway, and street. Parking at this house is available for 6 cars maximum, 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and 2 on the street. All vehicles must be parked parallel, not horizontally, or you will be fined. RV campers and/or tents on the premises or parking area are forbidden, and you will be fined.
