Endless Summer House - Perfekter Kinderfreundlicher Kurzurlaub mit Pool!

Dieses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern in einer Sackgasse verfügt über ein 4 Hektar großes Grundstück mit einem eigenen Salzwasserpool und einem Whirlpool, einem Feuerstelle- / Barbereich im Freien, 6 Terrassen-Liegestühlen aus Teakholz, einem Edelstahlgrill und einer individuellen Schaukel. Wir haben auch Sonnenkollektoren auf dem Dach, die es zu einem umweltfreundlicheren Mietobjekt machen!

Es befindet sich neben den berühmten Empire Polo und El Dorado Polo Clubs von Indio und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Festivals Coachella, Stagecoach und Desert Trip entfernt. Sie können sich einfach ausruhen, wenn Sie unseren Platz mieten, da Sie wissen, dass er von der Stadt Indio unter der Erlaubnis Nr. 1618 für eine Belegung mit 10 Personen lizenziert und genehmigt wurde.

Auf dem großen Eckgrundstück befindet sich ein 3-Loch-Putting-Green, auf dem die Gäste viel Platz haben, um eine Partie Boccia oder Krocket zu spielen. Wenn Sie die Kinder mitbringen - wir haben eine tolle Schaukel, auf der sie spielen können!

Das Innere des Hauses verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, eine moderne Küche - reichhaltige Granitoberflächen, eine begehbare Speisekammer und luxuriöse Whirlpool-Geräte aus Edelstahl - einen Kamin, einen separaten Waschraum, Porzellanfliesenböden und Plantagenfensterläden. Dieses geräumige Haus ist neu mit hochwertigen Möbeln eingerichtet und bietet Telefon, Kabel und WLAN.

Hauptschlafzimmer - für 2 Personen: California King-Bett und begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Master-Badezimmer ist angeschlossen und verfügt über ein Doppelwaschbecken, Whirlpool und Dusche.

Zweites Hauptschlafzimmer - für 2 Personen: Queensize-Bett mit eigenem Bad.

Gästeschlafzimmer - 4 Personen: Doppelbett und Queen-Size, Ausziehschlafsofa. Spielzeug- und Fernsehraum für Kinder. Das Gästebad befindet sich auf dem Flur dieses Schlafzimmers.

Wohnzimmer - für 2-3 Personen: Großes Anbausofa.

Das Endless Summer House befindet sich in der Siedlung Vista Serena innerhalb der rund um die Uhr bewachten Golfplatzgemeinschaft des Indian Palms Country Club, zu der 27 Löcher Golf, ein Clubhaus, Pools, Spas, Tennis- und Boccia-Plätze sowie ein Golfplatz gehören Hotel und ein Restaurant.

Amazing property, great communication and owner

Becky was amazing and the property was fantastic. It is well cared for and everything worked! While we weren’t at the property long enough to use every amenity the property owner has everything you need. We did use the hot tub every night we were there and it was so nice to relax after a long day. The property is located in a great location and was easy to navigate. The property owner was probably the best I have ever communicated with and is really just a great person. We cooked and slept well. Can’t ask for more!!

Another great family staycation

My family enjoyed our stay at this awesome house. This was our second stay here and everything was just as described. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our dog to run around. The pool was clean and just the right size for our kids to play in.

This comfortable home met our needs for space and fun. The pool and hot tub, the putting green, cornhole, and the toys made our stay a blast. We walked all over the neighborhood enjoying the homes and sunshine. It is a short driving distance to good coffee and food. The bedrooms and kitchen are well equipped to make daily life easy. Communication with our host was consistently quick and helpful. This is a great find!

Amazing Indio House

We loved this house! The location is amazing (not far from Sprouts and Trader Joe’s) and the setup is fantastic. We particularly liked that the bedrooms are far apart from each other. The pool is really nice and there is a nice grassy area for dogs to run around. The house was very clean and the grounds in the complex are very well kept. Becky is great- gives detailed descriptions and responds very quickly. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back.

Perfect Summer Kick Off

This house was the perfect way to kick off summer. It was fully stocked with all the essentials and full of different entertainment options for kids and adults. Wonderful place for families with kids!

We spent a week at the Endless Summer House and will definitely come back. Becky and Adam were the best hosts we've ever had. Instructions were so clear and communications were always prompt, cheerful, and accommodating. The house has so many great things for kids, it made our trip really easy and relaxing. The pool/spa is perfect, there's a ton of great outdoor space, the house is roomy and comfortable. If you've got small kids, this place is awesome. We'll come again.

Everything was exceptional for our first trip to the desert. Great property, great attention to detail, great owners. Loved that the pool had so many toys for our daughter to sit and play in the shallow part with, and how many toys were inside for her to discover. The house was so well equipped that we brought literally nothing for our toddler. It couldn’t have been better in any way. Thank you!

Great spot for extended family gatherings!

Spent the Christmas week at Endless Summer and it was great for our group - grandparents, children and grandchildren. A big draw for us was all the amenities for children and was as advertised. Ownership is very buttoned up and an incredible degree of communication. A wealth of amenities, too! Found it a little more centralized that previous spots in La Quinta. Also really appreciated the size of the footprint inside and out and having 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The swingset and big yard were hits with the granddaughters and the hot tub for the adults. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back!

Family of 7 Getaway

The Never Ending Summer House was perfect for our family trip to Indio/Palm Springs. One bedroom hosted three children (ages 12, 10, and 8), one bedroom with en suite bath housed an adult family member, the teenager decided to sleep on the comfy couch and the master bedroom was very spacious for my husband and myself. The kids loved the pool and pool play toys and we loved the privacy of the backyard. The house has pretty much anything you might need, with Costco, Traders Joes and many other stores close by. The kitchen was well equipped and had all modern appliances and updates one could wish for.

Beautiful home, great location, perfect for families with kids

I cannot say enough good things about Endless Summer House and the owners, Becky and Adam. They responded to our inquiry immediately and the reservation process could not have been easier. We rented the home in April for 6 of us which included 3 kids and our little jack russell terrier. There was plenty of space for all of us and the outdoor area was perfect for the kids and dog…the large yard, including a swing set and putting green were a hit. This house is great for families.They had a welcome bag with goodies which included toys for the kids…that’s a first, and we’ve rented plenty of vacation homes. The house is immaculate, well stocked (kitchen, linens, laundry room, games, toys) and the check-in process and all instructions on wifi, pool, tv, etc. were crystal clear. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and hope to be back next year!

Couldn’t have asked for more

This was my first VRBO rental and everything was amazing. The house was exactly as described. Becky was very responsive to my texts and addressed any questions/concerns we had rather quickly. At one point we thought we were running low on propane and the property manager came by right away and dropped off a full tank, she even had it changed for us so we wouldn’t have to. We were vacationing with 4 kids under the age of 7 and there was plenty to keep them entertained. From the books to the toys to the board games, there was never a dull moment. I would absolutely book again and would recommend to anyone with small children, as it came with everything they need.

Amazing Home, Amazing Owners

Can't say enough about the house, and the owners. First off the owners, Becky is extremely responsive, and helping. We only had one tiny issue with the garbage disposal and not only did she fix it she replaced the entire thing immediately. Even the pool guys commented that anytime they ever have an issue there is no expense spared and the issue is resolved immediately. The care and attention is noticed throughout the house. All details are thought out. The home is amazing, the pool is amazing, and the huge yard is an excellent plus. The home resides in a gated complex, that has it's own amenities, and even a golf course. Too many details too list, but if you book I promise you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic Host & Great Home!

Rebecca was a great host and very quick to reply any texts with questions and recommendations. She truly cares about giving her guests the best experience, which is evident in how stocked the home is with absolutely everything you could possibly need. We stayed with grandparents and our 2 young children, ages 3 and 4 - I was worried about pool safety and having enough items for the kids, this was the PERFECT place for children. The backyard has a playground, lots of flat grass space for running, and the pool has a shallow end. The doors all had child proof locks and there were no worries for our children getting outside when they weren't intended to. The bungalow is great without stairs for kids and everyone is on the main floor enjoying time together. Lots of games, pool floaties, lawn games, kitchen items for all your needs. Close drive from many great places, we recommended this place to many family friends with kids. We went for runs in the community, very safe and little traffic - it's a gated community. Highly recommend for your next family getaway!! Kudos to the hosts for having such a well thought-out home to share and being intentional with everything they provide - thanks again!

Hi! We’re Becky and Adam, SoCal natives and owners of Endless Summer House. We’ve hosted on VRBO for 6.5 years and just started hosting on Airbnb in April 2023.

We got married in La Quinta in 2017 and we’re excited to create memories at this house with friends and family as we build our life together! We welcomed our 1st baby in 2021 and can't wait to bring our kids here as they grow up! The house is our happy place and we hope you enjoy it too!

We fell in love with this house the minute we saw it! The baja step in the pool sealed the deal for Adam - he's always wanted that feature in a pool. The yard, solar panels, and new features of the home had Becky sold!! We had a blast decorating the property and making sure it was totally dialed in for families who book with us. There may be one too many cactus decorations, but who's counting haha.

We love the Coachella Valley and there is so much to do year-round. If you have any questions about the area or things to do, just ask. We have a lot of recommendations and are always happy to share with our guests!
