This spacious home with private pool and spa is the perfect location for a desert getaway!

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Ideally located in the Indian Palms gated community next to the Empire Polo Club, where the Coachella & Stagecoach festivals happen every April.

Pool & Spa Heat are an extra fee, message us for pricing.
*Keep in mind, the pool can take up to 48 hrs to heat to temperature, so please let us know within 48hrs of your check-in.

This home is located in the Indian Palms gated community which features a 18-hole public golf course, fitness centre, swimming pools, tennis and pickle ball courts- All community amenities except golf are complimentary for our guests. Please inquire before arrival & we can have up to 4 guest passes authorized.

5 minute drive to the Empire Polo Grounds where the Coachella & Stagecoach music festivals happen every April, as well as many other major events that take place in the Valley.
10 minute drive to Old Town La Quinta.
15 minute drive to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens
15 minute drive to Desert International Horse Park
20 minute drive to the Acrisure Arena- Home of the Coachella Valley Fire Birds hockey team.
20 minute drive to El Paseo drive.
35 minute drive to Palm Springs International Airport

There are multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies within minutes of the house.

Indio Noise Ordinance:

Any disruptive noise that is reported to the city of Indio or Indian Palms HOA will result in fines that are the responsibility of the guest.

-No music or loud conversations in outdoor spaces during quiet hours. (9pm-8am)
-Music outside quiet hrs must be kept to a low, respectable level- No amplified music at any time.
-Please respect neighbours at all times.
-No Parties or Events.

Pets:

-Sorry due to allergy related reasons no pets are allowed on the property.

Smoking:

-No smoking/vaping tobacco or cannabis INSIDE at any time. Please only smoke/vape outside.
-Please dispose of butts in available ashtrays.

Illegal activity:

-Consumption of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited
-Unsupervised underage drinking on the property is strictly prohibited.

Additional Guests:

-Any additional overnight guests over 6 persons must be pre-approved by host.

Parking:

-2 parking spaces available in driveway
-Guests do not have access to the garage.
-No overnight parking permitted on the street.

Pool/Spa:

-Guests use the pool & spa at their own risk. Any injury is not at fault of the owner or host.
-No Diving, max depth is 5ft.
-Pool & Spa are heated only by request for an additional fee.

Additional fees/Fines:

-Failure to follow any of the House rules will result in fines to the primary renter.
-Any damage to property beyond regular wear and tear will result in additional fees to the primary renter.
