HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if needed.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:

• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.

PARKING
• Parking spots are free.
• Two cars allowed per house
• Commercial vehicles (including those with commercial signature), recreational vehicles (RV ́s), trailers
or buses may not be parked within the community and will be towed.

CLUBHOUSE
• All amenities are open to the guests.
• Gym, kids’ room, business center are open from 7am – 10pm
• Pool is open from dawn to dusk

TRASH
• Trash must be put inside the dumpster (There are seven around the community)
• Trash must be bagged in plastic bags and they must be closed.
• Trash bags or trash bins are not allowed outside the house.

DELIVERY | PACKAGE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
• Only the package owner (recipient) may pick it up at the Front Desk. If someone else needs to collect
the package on behalf of the package owner, an explicit authorization must be sent to reception@westlucayahomes.com. In both cases, an ID is required, and the package must be signed
for.
• The resort charges a fee of $10.00 per package. Packages stored at the front desk for more than 30
days from the arrival date will be returned to the sender.

Additional charges apply for the following:
• Oversized packages (total of the 3 largest dimensions exceeds 65 inches): $5.00 per package.
• More than 20 packages picked up at the same time: $1.00 per package over the limit.
• Overweight packages (over 44 lbs): $5.00 per package.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during delivery or storage. Fees
and rules may be changed by the resort without prior notice.

GENERAL RULES
• Pets are not allowed by the community.
