Communication with host was excellent. The townhouse was very clean, despite being pet friendly! The host may be new to hosting, but you can tell he is working hard to make it a perfect home away from home for his guests. The neighborhood was a bit noisy at night, but nothing that really kept us up. Heads up, if you are allergic or sensitive to perfumes ask Frank to remove the glade plug-ins before you arrive. He just wants your stay to be comfortable.

We had a great time at this property and hosts were amazing. The keypad for getting was easy to use then others stated. Frank was accommodating bringing us the things we needed right away. It does have a picture of a bedroom with 2 queen beds which is only 1 full. I think if it was 2 twin beds it would be perfect. Everything was at our fingertips. We were greeted with fresh fruit, nice fresh bread and a bottle of wine. Great touch! Would stay here again!!!

Host was very responsive and flexible. Home is in a good location. It is a gated community and requires you to contact host everytime you need to come in. Host was very responsive though and picked up the directory calls from the gate without any issues even at odd hours.The location is close to Everglades and Biscayne National Park. Grocery stores are also closeby

National Park trip

This property was very convenient for us to visit Biscayne and The Everglades. The property was very comfortable and great to come “home” to after long days at the parks.

The house is beautiful. The picturesdo not do it justice. Everything that we needed was there and avaiable to use. The house is close to shopping and to the places wewanted to see. The owner was super nice andvery responsive. This is a place we would like to stay rhe next time we are in the area.

The townhouse is nice and comfortable, overall, we had a nice stay.Not having the access code to the gated community made it challenging as we were dependent on the owner to let us in. There was a night we did not get a response at the gate after multiple tries and as we were trying to figure out what was next as far as where to stay, we were able to enter thanks to another resident. There were other minor issues I mentioned in my communications with the owner, but as mentioned above, the place is nice and comfortable.

Race weekend in Homestead

We came down for race weekend and we were looking for somewhere both close to the race track and also close to some good restaurants- this was the perfect place for us! Plenty of space to stretch out, nice outdoor space to relax, very quiet neighborhood. We really felt at home thanks to Frank, he was very helpful with all of our questions and even offered some suggestions for local places to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

This property was welcoming, comfortable, affordable, clean ,spacious And very close to anything that anybody would ever need including a hospital and a grocery store. We came to Homestead for a funeral and being able to book a place like this was heaven sent. Thank you so much to the host Frank who was very antte and answered any questions we needed answered. He was also very personable. Again thank you Frank for all your help.. I hope to visit again very soon.

Nice Place

Franks place is very nice. I gave it a 4 outta 5 because of a few minor flaws.Lock box needs to be replaced. tuff to get in. and the gate code is a call to Frank. which if he not there you cant get in, Simple fix code for gate and not a call would be better for all party's involved. But its a good location with a lot of stores and food close by. Great place for Keys and Glades.

Very clean, modern, good value, some growing pains

This townhome was exceptionally clean, nice furnishings, great beds. The owner is new at this and the check in process for his gated community is complicated. You must call him each time to let you in. And his late communication left us stressed a few times!According to my daughter, the listing isn’t totally accurate (I was unable to go back in to verify). Kitchen needs a few more amenities, like a tea kettle and coffee maker (there was a French press), blender, toaster, etc. As three adults, we were comfortable. Good AC. With white couches and only breakable dishes, it might not be good for kids.

Great once you're in

Clean, convenient to Everglades, Keys, and many parks. Property was clean and quieter than you would expect in such a densely populated neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay overall. The main problem we had was accessing the gated community; the gate code was a challenge the first day and required problem solving twice with the owner and eventually renting a hotel room when we couldn't get ahold of the owner for over an hour. Also, there were very few supplies; we had to buy toilet paper, trashbags, an extra blanket, laundry detergent, and paper towels. There was barely enough dishwasher pods, one kitchen dish towel, and no hand towel in the first floor bathroom . For those who use their rental house kitchen to cook, this posed some challenges. Otherwise, comfortable beds, lots of media available, nice showers with shampoo, conditioner, and soap in ample supply.

Our time at the townhouse was great! It was in close proximity to where we were wanting to go and had everything we needed. One thing to note- don’t use Apple Maps when navigating there, it’ll bring you to the wrong spot. No issues with Google Maps though! Frank was a great host!
