The Space:
4 bedrooms

Office with extremely fast Wi-Fi
Front/side yard has plenty of space for all your toys bring your RV and boat.
Guest Access:
Full access to main house NOT Apartment unit on the east side of house. You have your own private driveway and the unattached apartment unit has it’s own private driveway and entrance. Apartment entrance is the east side of the home with the WELCOME sign on the fence. Backyard is completely fenced with a 6ft fence which separates the two apartment and home have your own backyard
Also, please note the Apartment tenant will have to throw their trash in the same trash, respectable as the house tenants which are located on the west side of the house

Step outside and find yourself surrounded by the convenience of nearby amenities. This home offers walkable access to a selection of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, making it easy to enjoy a meal out, indulge in some retail therapy, or stock up on essentials.
Getting Around:
Explore the area with ease! Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft offer convenient transportation options. Public transportation is accessible on foot. Plus, you'll find a grocery store, shops, and restaurants within walking distance, making your stay even more convenient.

For guests staying longer, a supplementary cleaning service is available for $299 per cleaning, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.
Please ensure all trash and recyclables are placed outside the night before the scheduled pickup to avoid missing collection. Trash pickup days are Mondays and Thursdays. A $100 fee will be applied if housekeeping is required to dispose of your trash. Trash bins are shared with the apartment and are located in front of the fence on the east side of the property.
One full set of towels per person per day is provided.
