Privates Cottage mit einem Schlafzimmer in der Simonton Street, einen Block von Duval entfernt. Insgesamt ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit offener Küche und Essbereich sowie ein Wohnzimmer. Dieses Haus ist perfekt für ein oder zwei Paare oder eine kleine Familie. Lehnen Sie sich zurück, entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie!

Friedliche Farben mit nautischem Dekor verleihen dem Cottage ein tropisches Flair. Fühlen Sie sich entspannt und in den Tropen, ob drinnen oder draußen. Obwohl es sich um ein Cottage mit einem Schlafzimmer handelt, wirkt es aufgrund der schönen Holzgewölbedecken im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche und der schönen hohen Decken im Schlafzimmer geräumig. Holzböden und viele Fenster für natürliches Sonnenlicht. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die zum Esszimmer hin offen ist und ideal zum Kochen geeignet ist, sowie ein wunderschönes, frisch renoviertes Vollbad mit Stand-up-Dusche, das sich in der Mitte des Hauses befindet.

Nur ein paar Häuser weiter ist Better Than Sex… das beliebteste Dessert-Restaurant in Key West! CVS, Papa Johns, chemische Reinigung, U-Bahn- und Gourmetrestaurants sind nur einen Häuserblock entfernt. Es ist der perfekte Ort für alles, was Sie in Key West unternehmen möchten, und vor allem ist es nur einen Block von Duval entfernt, wo Sie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kunstgalerien und ausgezeichnete Restaurants finden! Es gibt nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Parkplätzen an der Straße. Daher empfehlen wir denjenigen, die zum Parken in der Altstadt oder auf einem Parkplatz in der Straße abgestellt sind, das Auto für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthalts zu lassen, da alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar ist und Lebensmittel können noch am selben Tag bestellt und geliefert werden!

The one negative was the pull out sofa. The bed laid slanted downward at the head. My kids had to sleep with the bed at the elevated position. Other than that we had a wonderful time. The location was EXCELLENT.

Everything from notifications prior to arrival, to easily extending our stay was outstanding! Whitney made everything so easy for our stay, and I greatly appreciate that. The space was just enough for the two of use and was very central to all there is to see and do in Key West!

Pictures are deceiving

The front entry requires a thorough cleaning, which was very disappointing after viewing the photos. The place is quite small, and the images were misleading. Although it was reasonably clean, the shower curtain/hooks had rust stains. Not a big deal.Additionally, it would be helpful to find a way to cover the bedroom window shade, as anyone can look directly into the bedroom since it faces the road. I ended up using a towel to cover it. While the noise level is noticeable, it's manageable. One major downside is the lack of parking. I was led to believe that street parking was available (no parking at unit), but it's RARE to find a spot. I was also advised we could pay for a certain parking lot, but I wasn't informed that it was 15 blocks away, which is not enjoyable walking in the rain. Just wasn't what we expected.

Disappointing

OK property, bed is hard, couch is very uncomfortable and scratchy. Pests inside in kitchen sink and bathroom ( red mites). I asked for a late check out day of departure for noon, was declined. Check in is at 4pm. You would think they would be more accommodating

Great place!

This is really a great space for a couple that enjoys being near the scene but not totally in the middle of the scene. Easy walk to both sides of the island and Duval street. We sat on the front stoop every evening and enjoyed the passersby and traffic. It’s a little noisy from the scooters and golf carts because you are close to the road but it still sleeps comfortably. Nice, cool and dark.Highly recommend using Beth at the concierge service. We had groceries waiting for us and set up a spa day thru her as well. Absolutely love key west and this a great spot to stay!

Property was great.....alittle close to neighbors but walk to town which was great. Parking is a huge problem and needs to be stressed alot more and where to park, also beaches are really far away and that needs to be stressed as well. House is not sound proof....people walking up and down street all night, roosters very loud all night and air conditioning unit is very loud.

Stay at 812 Simonton St

Excellent location. Main issues were most windows did not open and most were smoked glass so not much natural light. The bedroom was in the front on a busy street so quite noisy.Overall we loved the location and the process interacting with the property manager.

Fall Keys stay

Nice location and very clean but needs some extra touches. Kitchen chairs need cushions, almost impossible to sit for any length of time. Really the only comfortable seating is the couch. Get real throw rugs. The ones there are slippery and always rolling up. A trip hazard for sure. Fix the air conditioning. A cutting board in the kitchen would be a plus as well. When it trips on, it sounds like a train going thru the bedroom. Woke us every time. And lastly, a couple of cheap folding chairs so one could sit on the porch.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: a few small things. One the lighting has to be improved by increasing the wattage of the lights. There is a bit of mold on the side of the refrigerator and the air vent covers need a lot of TLC.

1year wedding anniversary

We found the tides on Simonton online and booked it immediately. When we arrived, the check-in process was very easy and the location is very nice. We ate down the street at Duffys twice during our stay and it is an amazing place. I highly recommend their prime rib. we will definitely be back

Nice place to stay. Very short walking distance to everything and with a bike it’s very easy to get around. The drawback was the lack of parking. It added an additional $100,- fee for 3 nights

Comfy Cottage

Lovely cottage retreat! Very spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen . I used the kitchen a lot. Nice dining table. Comfy medium - firm bed . Big bathroom with large shower . Great location right next to Duval. Air conditioning provided nice white noise for sleep even though street noise was almost nonexistent. Nice high ceilings. Excellent host Whitney responded to my few texts immeadiatly and made me feel welcome. I plan on coming back to this comfy retreat .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, we were able to walk everywhere! Found street parking two houses down, so parked and left car there all week. Cute little place and size was fine for us (couple + dog), but can’t imagine any other people in there. If sleeper sofa is pulled out, not sure anyone could fit between end of bed and wall to get to the bathroom unless you move furniture around. Description says 2 small closets in bedroom, but there is really only one that is usable — the other is locked. Plenty of drawers, however, in dresser! Kitchen was well-stocked, but don’t expect to find anything “extra” such as sugar, spices, condiments, etc. as I’ve seen at other places. They did have dish soap and extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Bed was comfy! Walls are thin — you hear everything outside if you are a light sleeper. And if you have AC fan on “auto”, it is extremely loud each time it kicks on, so highly recommend setting it to the “on” mode, so it’s not as bad. AC did have trouble keeping up during the day, but was fine at night. Management was great! Bathroom light fixture went out, and maintenance was there in a flash to replace it! If you like Mexican breakfasts (breakfast tacos, huevos rancheros...), I highly recommend Key West Cuban Coffee cafe — only a couple blocks away — the best! Would definitely stay there again, but bring my earplugs along! :)
