Regarding cleanliness, the unit is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest, and we also have regular pest control in place. That said, we are located in Key West, and being on an island environment means that occasional flying insects or palmetto bugs can sometimes enter despite preventative treatments and best efforts. We also appreciate your comments regarding parking, which is included in the listing details due to the nature of the neighborhood and permit requirements for local residents. While we’re sorry this stay did not fully meet your expectations, we appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us continue improving both our communication and guest experience.
