Haus mit Privatsphäre! Im Inneren ist alles, Kiefer, Schierling, Bambus, Hickory und Fliesen. Die Betten sind Brauch aus Vermont Kiefer und Zeder. Dinning Raumtabelle wird individuell aus dicken Kiefern und Zedern Beine gemacht. Tiki-Bar ist in den großen Raum zentriert. Mehrere gedeckte und ungedeckte Decks mit Blick auf den See. Wenn Ihr für eine gehobene Wasser Urlaub suchen nach Hause sollten Sie unsere Bilder zu sehen.
Diese North Hero Ferien orientierte Haus am Wasser befindet sich am Ende einer Privatstraße gelegen. Große Hinterhof mit mehreren Apfelbäumen und offenen Raum.

Das Haus wurde im Stil eines Post & Beam Haus zu suchen. Die Wände und Decken sind alle Fichtenbrettern. Große Balken umfassen die große Zimmer, Küche, Veranda und Veranda. Der große Saal hat eine Tiki-Bar und benutzerdefinierte Kiefer Esszimmer Tisch gemacht mit Zeder Beine.

Die Böden sind aus Bambus, breite Kiefer Bretter, Schieferfliese und alten Holzdesign Fliese getan.

Ein privater gestrandeter mit einer allmählichen Steigung.

Boot starten und Trailer Lagerung: Die Bootsanleger ist ein gemeinsames Land Bootsanleger auf dem Grundstück.
Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit basiert auf See condtions, Größe des Bootes, Anhänger und Fahrzeug für den Start verwendet.
Viel Platz für Ihre Bootsanhänger zu speichern.

Wenn Sie von der Küste zu fischen suchen, werden Sie ein reichhaltiges Angebot an Mondfisch, Barsch, Rock-Bass, crappies und gelegentlich Bass oder Nord finden. Für diejenigen, die die Gegend zu Kajak oder Kanu gut vor Wind und Tierwelt geschützt wird, ist reichlich!

Wenn Ihr auf der Suche Ihr Boot zum Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen zu nehmen gibt es Restaurants auf dem Wasser. Es gibt auch zwei Yachthäfen der Nähe.

Wenn Ihr einen Familienurlaub mit viel Außenraum oder einem Angelausflug mit Ihren Freunden sucht das ist, wo Sie sein wollen!

Wonderful Vacation Property

Mary and Larry have created a lovely lakefront vacation property. The house is spacious and well-appointed, and worked perfectly for our group. We loved the large deck and especially appreciated the covered section that let us be outside even when it rained. We will be back!

We loved everything about the camp and grounds. Our only disappointment was that you are not allowed to have more than 2 day guests. We were hoping for a family barbeque for relatives who live in the area.

Great to hear that you loved everything about the property! We don’t hide our policy on not allowing parties of any kind. It is listed on the website and contract. We do allow two day guest as you mention. This allows 10 people on the property. With this property being one of the premiere properties in the area, there would be a constant crowd of people at the property if we didn’t have this policy. Some folks choose to rent both properties we have to allow for more family to be together. Appreciate your business! Hope to see you again!

Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home on Lake Champlain. The sun rises and sun sets were incredible. The fishing was great and the lake was warm enough for swimming. The owner of the property was gracious and cordial. The home is very spacious and can accommodate a large family/group.

Beautiful property and home!

I stayed here with my family for a week, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The views of the lake are far more beautiful than the pictures show! The property is gorgeous, and the home is clean with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the dock area and deck most of all. The homeowners were communicative and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location and host.

Another great week at North Hero.

The house is great. Rooms spacious. The kitchen, dining, & relax area are on1 floor. Comfortable bedrooms are below and quite lovely. There is a bunk room on the 3rd floor, but we didn't have children with us on this trip.

Great House on the Lake

This home is spacious and quiet with all the amenities. It is located on the lake with few other houses. We spent much of our time on the large decks watching the lake and the ever changing sky. The house itself has good sized bedrooms and a large kitchen that opens onto a dinning/living room. There is a cute bar set up in the living room as well. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing and biking. We fully recommend this home & location for a lovely Lake Champlain get away.

Paradise on the lake!!!

So much more that we expected!! The house has so much space, great location, beautiful views and property. The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and a large pantry to store the essentials. The showers had great water pressure which is always a plus. The bar area added a nice space to serve drinks of your choice! Larry and Mary were wonderful to deal with and very responsive . We will definitely be looking to go back!!

As Good as it Gets

You know those vacation properties where you get there and the house isn't half as nice as the pictures looked? Or the grill doesn't work and the owner is nowhere to be found? Well this is definitely NOT that property! The house was amazing, every bit as beautiful as the photos, the location perfect, and the owners made themselves available throughout the booking and our stay to answer all.of our questions. AWESOME WEEK

WE RENTED BOTH HOUSES, HAD 11 MEN FOR 4 DAYS FOLLOWED BY 4 COUPLES FOR THE REMAINING 3 DAYS AND BETWEEN BOTH HOMES THERE WAS PLENTY OF SPACE AND HAVING A BOAT RAMP ON PROPERTY WAS EXCELLENT AND GOOD DOCKS. WE WILL BE RETURNING FOR SURE! THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS THE AC IN THE UPSTAIRS BEDROOM WOULD NOT KEEP UP, COULDN'T GET IT BELOW 81 DEGREES SO NO ONE COULD SLEEP UPSTAIRS.

Todd, Thanks for the input! Appreciate you letting us know about the AC unit that had failed. It was replaced with a new oversized capacity AC unit. The dock and boat launch does add a great enhancement to the property. There are few properties that offer this in town.

What a great lake house!

We have stayed at a lot of places on HomeAway and this was one of the best so far. The location is beautiful and the only noise you ever hear are boats going past the house. The house is very spacious, everything is in great shape and very clean. All the bedrooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. The walk in pantry is also very nice. My favorite part of the house was the deck over looking the lake. In the morning we loved sitting out on the deck reading and drinking our coffee and watching the boats go by, at dinner time we grilled out on the deck, and at the end of the day watched the sunsets. The wood dock was very nice and the location was very good for fishing. We made a day trip to Montreal which was a lot of fun and spent a lot of time out on our boat fishing and water skiing. We drove our boat to the Steamship Pier (North Hero House) and had a very nice lunch one day. Great place to spend a week with the family!

What a view!!

We arrived with Larry helping direct us to get the boats in the water. His wife stopped by midweek to make sure the internet was working okay, another property had an issue. There was a wonderfully thoughtful welcome basket with snacks. Every bed room is huge. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need to cook all of your meals. The beds are very comfortable. The house is all wood inside, so noise carries, but we ran the window ac on fan only to help lessen the noise when sleeping. We loved having a washer and dryer to use. There were 8 of us, 4 couples. We never felt too close. There is so much room. We loved having a boat ramp and dock on property. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for the week!!

Wonderful Stay!

Excellent place

Place was clean and one of the best places I have stayed at. Owner was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this for a family get away!

Mary is a retired school teacher. I'm a retired airline pilot who flew B-787, DC-10, B-767, B757, B727 & MD80 in the USA, Caribbean, Central & South America, Pacific and Atlantic routes.

I'm also an avid Sea Plane pilot and own one. We explore remote locations and waterfront lodges and restaurants with it.

We also enjoy boating on Lake Champlain and the Gulf Coast of Florida.

When we vacation we usually rent homes that we find through Homeaway. This has allowed us to be on both sides of renting a vacation home for a week. We have tried to add and design what we would want into our vacation homes. Please check out our other property which is listed in the notes. #135449

This property is built to give an Adirondack/Post & Beam experience with multiple high decks.

All decks/porch have a waterfront view.

If your a bird watcher, there are Bald Eagles, Osprey, Red Tail Hawks, Loons, Blue Herons, Ducks, Geese and many smaller birds that can be seen.

Kids enjoy catching frogs and following turtles.

Listen to frogs communicating in the evening as nature surrounds you.

Custom made beds with cedar post & large pine help accent the adrondack feeling. Addtionally a large custom made dinning table and a tiki bar. Live edge large pine boards are also used in the pantry, closets and kitchen.
Having a boat launch with Shore Power on site makes this property stand out for the boater.

Boat launch & protected part of the lake adds to the attractiveness of the property. Wildlife in many different forms completes this waterfront setting.
