Das Anwesen liegt auf West Shore Road in Grand Isle auf der "GrundzĂŒge der See" mit Blick ĂŒber den Lake Champlain zum Adirondacks entfernt. Die HĂŒtte befindet sich 100 Meter von der Straße von alten Zedern beschattet. Es ist ein schönes StĂŒck am See mit einem Privatstrand. Sehr geeignet zum Schwimmen, Angeln oder Faulenzen in der Sonne unten am Wasser. Bringen Sie ein Kajak oder ein Boot (kostenlose Bootsanleger Rampe 400 Meter die Straße hinunter). Tolle Gegend zum Radfahren.

Das Ferienhaus fĂŒr vier in zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett, eines mit einem Doppelbett. Es gibt auch eine Doppel-Futon im Wohnzimmer. Schönes, komfortables Wohnzimmer und KĂŒche, Bad mit Duschkabine, und einen schönen See abgeschirmten Veranda. Es ist ein Gas-Grill sowie ein Holzkohlegrill, Adirondack StĂŒhle, Stadtwasser (kein gut oder See). BadetĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche versorgt. Bitte bringen Sie BettwĂ€sche fĂŒr Futon, wenn Planung ĂŒber die Verwendung. Gas-Kamin. Kostenfreies WLAN.

House was very cozy and clean. It had everything we needed and was in a great spot for bike riding. I would definitely stay here again. Dave was a great host and got back to us right away when we had questions. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful location by the water.

perfect for a quick get away. We were up for a wedding and wanted a calm, quiet place for the kids to stay so they’d be well rested for their flower girl duties and this was perfect. Rock beach kept kids busy for hours, and an easy drive to Burlington for food/shopping. Clean, well stocked, and listing is accurate.

The quintessential Vermont ‘camp’ - beautiful property, sunsets, ample beachfront, relaxing lawn (hammock, chairs, etc.The property was very clean and extremely well equipped- thank you - some basic goods plus plenty of towels, bedding, etc.Having staying on Lake Champlain many times - this property had all of the elements for a relaxing and active stay. If you seek a quant, private, relaxing, and unique Vermont lakefront property I would highly recommend!

Beautiful property and it was just what we needed to relax with the family for the weekend. The view of the lake was amazing! I just wish there was another ac unit in the 2nd bedroom it was hot and humid at night. But we stuck it out. I had no idea there was no soaps in the bathroom we made a trip to the small stores locally. But it had everything we needed for the amount of time. We left some wood for the next guest to enjoy as there was none there.

Beautiful, cozy cottage on the lake

This cottage is small but very cozy. I loved the screen in porch !!! The view from the cottage is beautiful. Love all the sail boats floating by.I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, Rustic Spot

My partner and I really enjoyed our short stay here. The cottage was a little more rustic than we expected, but the gas wood stove and the new oven (the latter updated from in the listing photos) were great additions. The cottage is just a staircase away from the lake where we could sit and watch the sun set. We would definitely stay here again.

So calming and beautiful

Such a nice property! The view is STUNNING and the sunsets every night are unbeatable. I love that the cottage is older and rustic. Something about it just calms you down and makes all your worries wash away. You are a short drive to 2 grocery stores, things to do, a couple restaurants, and plenty of baked goods! Yum! The only thing we agreed was not the best was the beds. They were pretty uncomfortable and there were a couple nights we didn't sleep well. But otherwise we were calm and happy the entire trip. We even got engaged here!!

Amazing views

Quaint little cottage with amazing views. Very relaxing and peaceful. From morning coffee on the porch, the cozy hammock and watching sunsets on your own private beach. If you do venture out, drop by a farmer's market, take in a concert at the Snowfarm Vineyard or grab the 15 min Ferry to New York and visit Ausable Chasm. We definitely will be back. Thanks Dave!

Beautiful, comfortable cottage on Lake Champlain with incredible view of sunsets! Although small, we spent most of our time on the screened porch (when we weren’t golfing). All over very clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Spacious outside shower (very private) was amazing especially since we had 90F heat wave! All in all our 5 day stay was wonderful, thanks Dave! My wife Anne and I have lived in Grand Isle, Vermont for Twenty five years. Now we are raising our three year old son MAX here. Anne takes the ferry to work across the lake in Plattsburgh, NY. When I am not looking after MAX, I work as a Cabinet Maker out of our home here in Grand Isle. We both love to sail and spend a lot of our free time racing sailboats.

We found this property twelve years ago. it is just down the street from where we first lived in Grand Isle. We had been looking for a property to invest in for years. when this one became available we jumped on it. We are so glad we did. It is a special place and I hope you will enjoy it.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

There are a few things that makes our cottage so wonderful. First, It sits only 30 feet from the lake so you feel like you are right there. There is a screened in porch where you can spend long evenings drinking wine and talking about your day or relaxing with a book. One of my favorite things to do is to sit on the lawn in an Adirondack Chair on a nice summer afternoon and watch the sailboats go by. The cottage is a quiet place. It sits 300 feet from a road that is not busy in the first place. If you want to venture out for the day or evening there are great choices. First, there are some great restaurants locally. Burlington is only 30 minutes away and if you have never been to Burlington you need to go. Burlington is a wonderful small city with fantastic restaurants, shops, music, and more. Montreal is a 90 minute drive north. just don't forget your passport.
Grand Isle is a wonderful place to bike, paddle, fish, swim, or just hang out and relax with your favorite drink. I hope you come and enjoy our cottage.
